Analysis Of Factors Affecting The Reemployment Of Returning Migrant Workers In Dengfeng City

Labor and employment are the basis of our people‘s living security.In order to realize the steady development of our economy and ensure the people to live and work in peace and contentment,we must actively deal with the problem of labor and employment.As an essential key component of labor resources,migrant workers are playing an increasingly important role in China's service industry,manufacturing industry,construction industry and other fields.Therefore,how to resettle migrant workers and effectively deal with their employment problems are of great importance to both the migrant workers and the country and society.However,with the continuous development of China‘s economy and the adjustment of industrial structure,enterprises are paying more and more attention to scientific and technological innovation,network innovation and technological innovation.Therefore,the original idea of taking labor factors as the support of enterprises has changed.Based on this,the total demand for general labor force is continuously decreasing,and technical labor force is more and more favored by enterprises,which leads to the unemployment problem of many migrant workers.In addition,there are still serious differences between urban and rural areas in our country.In addition,due to the lack of a sound social security mechanism and the heavy living pressure,the unemployed migrant workers have lost their most basic dependence and source of livelihood.The first choice is to return home.At this stage,only a large number of migrant workers can become members of the city,and more people are destined to return to their hometown.After the migrant workers who work in cities choose to return home for some reason,they are in urgent need of new jobs so as to meet the needs of their lives.However,the question is how should migrant workers achieve the purpose of returning home for employment? Based on this,this article is located in Dengfeng,Henan province,and studies the returning migrant workers in this area.Based on the actual investigation,this paper first analyzes the re-employment situation of returning migrant workers and the situation of migrant workers themselves.It is found that these migrant workers have realized returning to work and have a strong sense of work.Then,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the reemployment of migrant workers from the perspectives of society,family and individual respectively.Based on Logistic binary regression model,this paper takes the factors such as policy understanding,training,income,family members,marital status,education level,age,gender,re-employment and so on as explanatory variables,and analyzes them.Through data integration and analysis,this paper finds that the process and results of migrant workers' returning to their hometown for employment will be positively influenced by factors such as policy understanding,health status,training status,income status,education level,gender,re-employment status,and negatively influenced by family population and age.At the same time,the process and results of migrant workers returning home for employment will not be significantly affected by marital status.This paper analyzes the employment problems of migrant workers after returning home,and finds the main problems of local employment are as follows: due to the lack of cultural knowledge,some migrant workers are isolated in employment;The current lack of diversified employment channels and scientific employment information;Migrant workers' own professional ability is insufficient;Local employment policies have not been fully implemented.In view of these problems,this paper believes that in order to realize the smooth employment of returning migrant workers,it is necessary to improve their own learning awareness,implement vocational education,and promote the improvement of their comprehensive quality.To build a suitable local employment information platform;Enriching employment methods,etc.
