Employment of labor force is the foundation of our people's livelihood.Solving the problems of labor force development and employment is the key to promoting social stability and sustainable economic development in China.At the same time,the group of migrant workers is an important part of China's labor force.The construction industry,manufacturing industry and service industry mostly use the group of migrant workers as the main source of labor.The development of the group of migrant workers and the solution of the problems related to their life and employment are particularly important.However,with China's economy stepping into a new stage,the industrial structure has been adjusted.Enterprises are paying more and more attention to the role of innovation and support of science and technology,Internet and technology,which has changed the idea of using labor factors as the support of enterprises and turned to seeking technology and innovation as the key to the development of enterprises.In this case,enterprises gradually reduce the need for ordinary labor resources,more demand for skilled personnel,some migrant workers are facing unemployment.At the same time,in the case of the urban-rural dual structure has not been completely broken,the social security system is not perfect,the cost of living in the city is relatively high,and the unemployment of migrant workers is tantamount to losing the source of urban life and basic dependence,the first is the loss of migrant workers' livelihood The choice is to go home.At present,only part of the large number of migrant workers can settle in cities and towns in their own generation,and more people are destined to return home.After the migrant workers who work in cities choose to return home for some reason,in order to solve the most basic living needs,they must find suitable jobs from the new.How can the migrant workers get employment smoothly when they return home? This paper takes returning migrant workers in Simenzi Town of Feng cheng City as the research object.According to the data of field survey,firstly,it analyses the basic characteristics and re-employment status of returning migrant workers,and concludes that the re-employment mode of returning migrant workers is no longer single,the consciousness of improving their working ability has been enhanced,and the overall evaluation of returning to their hometown is better.Secondly,from three aspects of individual,family and society,this paper analyses the factors that affect the re-employment of Returned Migrant workers.Specifically,using Logistic binary regression model analysis,the gender,age,education level,marital status,health status,family population,annual net income,training and policy understanding of returning migrant workers are taken as explanatory variables,and the situation of returning migrant workers' re-employment is taken as explanatory variables and put into the binary Logistic model.Through regression analysis,it is concluded that the gentle,education level,health status,net family income,training and policy understanding of returning migrant workers have a significant positive impact on their re-employment;the age of returning migrant workers and the number of family population have a significant negative impact on the re-employment of returning migrant workers;The marital status of Returned Migrant workers has no significant impact on the re-employment situation.Finally,in view of the problems of local re-employment,including the low education level of returning migrant workers,resulting in employment isolation,lack of effective employment information and narrow employment channels,lack of professional skills of returning migrant workers,inadequate publicity of employment policies and other prominent employment problems,this paper puts forward the development of rural vocational and technical education,speed up their own quality improvement,and broaden employment channels.To research and develop a professional information release platform;to widely improve the quality of rural labor force in China and other suggestions,to promote local returning migrant workers to better employment.
