For high school students,function is the most important learning content in high school mathematics learning.It runs through high school mathematics all the time.However,in practical teaching,the concept of function is one of the concepts that students can not understand.Therefore,more and more attention has been paid to the various teaching modes on the concept of function.Generative teaching is one of them,and it is widely used in practical teaching.This paper applies the model of generative teaching to the concept teaching of functions in order to clarify its role in the concept learning of functions for high school students.This paper first combs the literature related to generative teaching and function concept by means of literature research method to lay the theoretical foundation for the subsequent research.Then,based on the current research situation at home and abroad,using cognitive construction theory,Osubel concept learning theory,and APOS learning theory of mathematical concepts as theoretical support,the present situation of functional concept learning of high school students was investigated by means of questionnaire survey.Analyze the existing problems of function teaching.At the same time,two examples of generative teaching were observed and analyzed by observation method to explore the role of generative teaching in the function concept learning of high school students.Through the analysis,it is found that generative teaching can improve students 'learning performance,learning participation,learning interest and learning style to a certain extent.In order to improve the quality of generative teaching,this paper puts forward the strategies of generating teaching in functional concept teaching,including establishing a good generative teaching environment and following certain generative teaching principles.The full text is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction part.It mainly introduces the reasons,research methods,and research assumptions of the topics.In the second part,the author reviews the research literature of generative teaching and function concept.The third part is the definition of concepts related to this study and the theoretical understanding of constructivism,APOS,etc..The fourth part is the research implementation of this article,including: the design and distribution of questionnaires,the observation of classroom case of generative teaching.The fifth part is the collection and analysis of survey data,and the analysis and summary of lesson examples.The sixth part is the analysis and summary of the curriculum,and then according to the theory of generative teaching to the function concept of teaching some thinking and suggestions and summary of the full text.
