Research On The Roles And Dilemmas Of Social Workers In Public Pension Institutions

With the acceleration of social aging,how to properly solve the pension problem and provide high-quality pension services.This has aroused great concern of the state and society.The development of public pension institutions affects the development prospects of the old-age care industry.Solving the problems in the development of public pension institutions and giving play to the exemplary role of public pension institutions are all issues that deserve attention.Through the pilot work of social work,many public pension institutions have set up social work posts.Due to the lack of a comprehensive understanding of social work posts,social workers have fallen into many difficulties in the process of carrying out services.Taking the public welfare institution C Social Welfare Institution as the entry point,this study will guide the role of social workers in the service process of the social welfare institution,and explore the role of social workers in public pension institutions,the role predicament and the reasons for their emergence.Firstly,through the collection and analysis of the literature,the social workers in the C Social Welfare Institution were interviewed.Summarize the role of social workers in C Social Welfare Institution.These roles include direct service roles: service providers,evaluators,coordinators,resource linkers,and indirect service roles: supporters,administrators,and advocates.Secondly,a typical service case of C Social Welfare Institution is selected to analyze the role of social workers in this case and the status of role implementation.The study found that although social workers tried to play the various roles described in the previous article,some of the roles did not play an ideal role.Social workers have experienced role dilemmas in the actual role of these roles,including unclear roles,role gaps,role conflicts,and nervous roles.Based on the above problems,this study attempts to find out the real reason why social workers are caught in a role dilemma.Finally,this study proposes a solution to the dilemma of social workers in public pension institutions.The purpose is to enable social workers to better play the role of multiple roles and to improve the professionalism of public pension institutions.
