The problem of aging in China is serious.The ageing population is large,the number is large,the aging process is fast,and the aging population is growing fast.The problem of population aging has become an urgent problem and will plague our country for a long time.The Chinese government has established the basic policy of the social pension service system based on “home-based pension,community support for the elderly,and institutional pension support”.At the same time,the "9073" pension pattern was proposed.While building a social pension service system,the Chinese government has clearly stated on the construction of the talent team that "exploring the establishment of a mechanism for introducing professional social work talents in the old-age service,and promoting the development of social Occupations by the old-age institutions." The main thing of this paper is to combine the two hotspots of "ageing for the elderly" and "Social Workers" with "burnout" as the problem perspective,to understand the current situation ofoccupation burnout of Social Workers in ShenZhen pension institutions,and to explore the causes and solutions based on "burnout".The path of Social Workers from individual occupational identification to social identity in an old-age service can improve the living environment of Social Workers while ensuring the level and quality of old-age services.The research object of this paper is the social worker of the old-age institution in ShenZhen X.Through literature research,questionnaire survey of burnout scale,and in-depth interviews,it is found that Social Workers in this institution have different levels of burnout.Studies have shown that Social Workers in pension institutions face general problems such as low income,heavy tasks,heavy workload,low social recognition,low potential for career advancement,and poor working environment.At the same time,it faces special pressures in the field of pension.Professional Social Workers enter the old-age care institutions,and the “new” Social Workers lack the necessary social work professional training and social work supervision.The Social Workers' occupation responsibilities of the old-age service institutions are not clear,and the Social Workers' compensation system and promotion of the old-age care institutions The channel is not perfect,the quality of the staff of the old-age careinstitution is low,the team cooperation faces many difficulties,and the corporate culture affects the social work professional identity.From the micro level to improve the professional quality of Social Workers in the old-age institutions,optimize the aged care services to enhance professional identity;strengthen the institutional supervision at the meso level,clarify the division of labor,provide promotion channels,supplemented by institutional culture,optimize the talent team and enhance teamwork;The macro-policy level protects the rights of community elders and Social Workers and other methods to improve the occupation burnout of Social Workers in pension institutions.
