Among the many research topics in China's public pension institutions,institutional management is one of the most important topics.Studies on the management problems of public pension institutions from the management system,the shortage of funds,lack of professional development and other aspects of a comprehensive analysis of the general and put forward proposals and suggestions,but the feasibility of the proposal is verified in practice.This study is based on the management problems of L Public Pension Institution,taking health service management as the breakthrough point and using semi-structured interviews and participant observation as the basic method to study the health service management of the pension institution.It is considered that the direct cause of the health service management of the pension institution is the backward management concept and simple and extensive management methods,which leads to the failure of the service object to abide by the rules and regulations and the "destruction" of health.The new management is a management mode which needs extensive participation.Specific to the L Public Pension Institution,the institution for the management of the service object and service object self-management.The self-management of service objects can not be separated from the participation of service objects.Social work has the advantage of mobilizing the service object to participate in service management and management services.Based on this understanding,In this paper,the social work intervention of management in L Public Pension Institution was carried out.In the intervening process,on the basis of participatory management theory,on the one hand,enhance the management of the service concept,to improve its service methods,attach importance to service object and participate in management;on the one hand,adopt group social work method,to regional development pattern and empowerment theory as the basis,to promote the service object participation,enhance self-confidence.Through the double intervention,it has formed the situation that the service object affects the service manager,and then change the service concept and service level.The inadequacies of this study is that: there are some limitations in data collection andevaluation methods;A single approach to management intervention;Lack of concern for the individualization of service objects;for the service management of the social work in both theory and practice aspects are the first attempt.The representation and promotion value of the research results need to be further explored.
