The author performed a statistical analysis with the method of Structural Equation Modeling, whose observation variables and potential variables are positioned as the statistics of competitive performance and the stability of each technical link.Based on the relevance analysis and expert opinion of stability and the athletic performance of golf players,in order to distinct the relationship between athletic stability and athletic performance of athletes,as well as the path coefficients of the influence of the stability on the performance of golfers. The thesis obtains the following conclusions:1.The influence path coefficients of the competitive stability of the three technical links of Chinese golf players are 0.22,0.33 and 0.68 respectively, the ranking follows by putting stability > approaching the green stability > driving stability,as the same as the foreign golf players;2.There is a certain internal relationship between the three technical links, which is reflected in the causality of the driving stability and approaching the green stability, putting stability. The driving stability of the Chinese athletes has a greater impact on its achievements(0.51,0.23 and 0.12),while the approaching the green stability of the foreign athletes has a greater impact on its achievements(0.31,0.21 and 0.08);3.The coefficient of variation of Chinese athletes on driving is relatively high, result in the stability of athletic performance in driving has a great impact on their competition results, while the coefficient of variation of foreign athletes on approaching the green is relatively high, result in the stability of athletic performance in approaching the green has a great impact on their competition results.
