Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and China's economic development has entered a stage from high-speed growth to high-quality development.High-quality development lies in the vitality,innovation and competitiveness of the economy.Supply-side structural reform is the fundamental way.As a big manufacturing country,China's manufacturing output value accounts for 30% of the country's total output value.However,compared with developed countries,China's manufacturing technology still lags far behind.Under the background of current supply-side structural reform and building a resource-saving society,breaking through manufacturing technology innovation and accelerating the high-quality development of manufacturing industry is an urgent problem for China's manufacturing industry.As the top industry of manufacturing industry,high-tech manufacturing industry has absolute technological advantages,which fundamentally transforms the technological outlook of traditional manufacturing industry and becomes the key point to promote the development of high quality in China.As the main producer of high-tech,high-level talents provide talent support to promote the high-quality development of manufacturing industry,and become the core resources necessary to improve productivity,competitiveness and economic achievements of high-tech manufacturing industry.Southern Jiangsu is the main gathering place of high-tech manufacturing industry in China.As the main producer of technology,the introduction of high-level talents has also attracted much attention.In recent years,Southern Jiangsu has developed rapidly in the introduction of high-level talents.However,at the same time,it is not clear how the performance of high-level talent introduction in high-tech manufacturing enterprises is.At present,the research on the introduction of high-level talents is still focused on the pre-study of the policy and mechanism of the introduction of talents,while the research on the performance evaluation of the introduction of high-level talents is relatively few.Therefore,using a variety of theoretical basis to construct a high-level talent introduction performance evaluation index system,to evaluate the performance of high-level talent introduction,so as to find the weak links in talent introduction work,and then analyze its causes and propose corresponding countermeasures to promote the rapid and better development of high-tech manufacturing industry has become one of the current academic research focuses.From the enterprise's point of view,this paper takes the performance of high-level talent introduction in high-tech manufacturing industry as the research object.By studying the related concepts and connotation of high-level talent introduction and performance evaluation theory,drawing lessons from the previous research foundation,integrating excellent performance model and logical analysis model,this paper systematically constructs the performance evaluation index system of high-level talent introduction in enterprises.;select the method of questionnaire survey to collect the basic data of high-level talent introduction in high-tech manufacturing industry in southern Jiangsu;check and amend the index system through structural equation model,and give weight to the index system;Empirical research on the performance of high-level talent introduction in high-tech manufacturing industry in southern Jiangsu Province is carried out by using the index system and questionnaire data.The performance of high-level talent introduction in southern Jiangsu is evaluated by using the index sequence of "low-high" + "whole-part".The performance of high-level talent introduction in southern Jiangsu is evaluated comprehensively by the method of interval division.Finally,the overall high-level talent introduction in Southern Jiangsu is found.The performance level of talent introduction is in a benign range,among which Suzhou is in a strong range,Nanjing,Wuxi and Changzhou are in a benign range,and Zhenjiang is in a weak range.Based on the evaluation results,the paper analyzes the weaknesses of high-level talent introduction in high-tech manufacturing industry and proposes relevant countermeasures to improve the performance of high-level talents and promote the faster and better development of high-tech manufacturing.
