Risk Assessment Of Amateur Golf Events In Guangdong Province

With the rapid development of sports events in major cities,while bringing about obvious effects,the number of accidents in sports events also began to increase.There are more and more potential risks such as personal injury,property loss and reputation damage.Therefore,sports events need high quality risk management mechanism.Overseas sports event risk assessment research is relatively mature,involving environmental,personnel,financial and operational risks in risk management.The evaluation method has gradually changed from qualitative to quantitative.In recent years,golf has made great progress in China,but there are still many defects in the organization,management,operation and risk control of the events.This paper takes the risk of amateur golf events in Guangdong Province as the research object.After combining the political,economic,cultural and social background of Guangdong Province with the characteristics of amateur golf events,it divides the risk into four first-level indicators:external environmental risk,personnel management risk,site equipment risk and marketing operation risk,and natural environmental risk,policy risk,security risk and competition risk.There are 11 secondary indicators for internal managers,external partners,product implementers,consumers,site facilities quality risk,equipment management risk,market development risk and operation risk.Five hundred questionnaires and 433 valid questionnaires were sent out to managers,referees,players and spectators of three golf clubs and three amateur golf events in Guangdong Province.The data were analyzed by fuzzy network,and the following conclusions were drawn:1.A risk assessment model of amateur golf events in Guangdong Province is constructed.The model includes a target control layer,namely,risk assessment of amateur golf events in Guangdong Province,and a network layer consisting of four elements:external environmental risk,personnel management risk,site equipment risk and marketing operation risk.Each element set influences each other and exists independently.And determine the fuzzy judgment matrix.2.The final weight of the model is K=W~?=(0.185,0.116,0.092,0.059,0.066,0.076,0.059,0.071,0.096,0.093,0.087)~T.Obtainable:The relative importance of external environmental risk is the highest,accounting for 39.3%of the weight.Natural environmental risk,policy risk and security risk account for 18.5%,11.6%and 9.2%of the weight,ranking is 1st,2nd and 5th,respectively.The relative importance of personnel management risk is medium,accounting for 26%of the weight.The weights of internal management risk,external cooperation risk,product realizer risk and consumer risk are 5.9%,6.6%,7.6%and 5.9%respectively.The ranking is 10th,9th,7th and 10th,respectively.The relative importance of marketing operation risk is low,accounting for 18.0%of the weight.The weight of market development risk and competition operation risk is 9.3%and 8.7%respectively,ranking is 4th and 6th,respectively.The relative importance of site equipment risk is the lowest,accounting for 16.7%.The weight of equipment management risk and site facilities quality risk is 9.6%and 7.1%,respectively,which are the 3th and the 8th.3.Comprehensive Risk Assessment Results of Amateur Golf Events in Guangdong Province:B=(0.060 0.092 0.262 0.347 0.239)The maximum value is0.347,which indicates that the risk of amateur golf events in Guangdong Province is relatively low.Suggestions:Guangdong amateur golf events should design emergency plans in external environmental risks,establish early warning system,eliminate illegal development and prevent security problems;establish medical system in personnel management risks,prevent injuries,strengthen communication and exchange,and carry out risk retention;protect vegetation in site equipment risk,check drainage system,strengthen equipment management,and avoid them.Personal injury;conducting market investigation in marketing operation risk,strengthening communication,limiting playing time,and using"hole-bursting"mechanism.
