Place names are special "symbols" natural or human entities in a specific space.The formation of geographical names has a great relationship with the humanistic and natural environment of a particular space.This paper takes the rural geographical names of Ganzhou City as the research object.We probes into the natural geographical and the humanistic characteristics and the humanistic geographical characteristics of these names.With the geographical angle of view,this paper analyzes the data of rural toponyms,and obtains the physical and human geographical characteristics of Ganzhou city.In order to purpose of this paper.Taking the geographical names of 18 counties(cities)of Ganzhou as the research object,this paper briefly introduces the general situation of humanity and nature of Ganzhou City,makes statistics and classification of the geographical names of Ganzhou City,and analyzes the physical geographical characteristics and the human geographical characteristics of the toponymic names of Ganzhou City.Summarize the cultural and geographical characteristics of geographical names in Ganzhou.Based on geographical characteristics of geographical names,this paper explores the methods of construction and approaches of geographical names resources in Ganzhou City,integrates geographical names resources and explores the ways and links of geographical names' resources in senior high school geography.Teaching in Ganzhou City based on curriculum theory and teaching theory.The results show that:(1)the geographical characteristics of geographical names in Ganzhou City embody the Hakka's "mountain cultural characteristics" and pursue the psychology of stability and happiness.And the strong idea of clan.(2)in the way a of constructing geographical names resources,it is found that they can be constructed through information,historical and cultural materials and geography teaching.(3)on the basis of Ganzhou City,the construction of toponymic resources,It is found that the humanistic and natural characteristics of geographical names are closely related to the teaching contents of geography in senior high schools,especially in the view of human-land coordination and regional cognition.Comprehensive thinking ability and geographicalpractice ability.(4)in the application of geographical geography teaching in Ganzhou city,it is found that it accords with the requirements of geography curriculum standard,the time and mode presented are novel and diverse.
