With the full implementation of the new curriculum reform,the development and utilization of curriculum resources has not only attracted the attention of educational experts and scholars,but also many front-line teachers have begun to realize that the development of curriculum resources has a huge role in promoting the quality of curriculum teaching.Under this background,more and more teachers begin to try to develop curriculum resources.However,as far as the current situation of teachers'development of curriculum resources is concerned,the depth and breadth of curriculum resources development can not meet the requirements of the new curriculum reform.Therefore,the importance of curriculum resources development is becoming increasingly prominent.As far as ideological and moral education is concerned,because of its unique disciplinary nature,it has rich curriculum resources,and it is urgently needed to develop and utilize in curriculum teaching.Under the background of the new curriculum reform,the teachers of Ideological and moral education begin to realize the importance of curriculum resources development,and through some ways to develop curriculum resources in the teaching process,and receive some results.But there are still many problems in this process.Such as the narrow understanding of the concept of curriculum resources of Ideological and moral education,the single way to develop curriculum resources of Ideological and moral education,structural imbalance,lack of sustainability,lack of motivation and ability to develop curriculum resources,these problems seriously affect the quality and effectiveness of Ideological and moral education.Therefore,strengthening the development of Ideological and moral course resources has become an urgent need to enhance the effectiveness of junior high school ideological and moral teaching.This paper analyzes the types,characteristics and significance of the development of junior high school ideological and moral curriculum resources,and further explores the content of junior high school ideological and moral curriculum resources and development principles and ways.This paper also takes some junior middle school teachers and students in Haimen City of Nantong as the research object,through questionnaire survey and interview,analyzes the problems and causes of the development of curriculum resources for ideological and moral teachers.On this basis,this paper puts forward specific countermeasures to strengthen the development of Ideological and moral curriculum resources in junior high schools:strengthening the concept and skills of the development of Ideological and moral curriculum resources,improving the system of guiding teachers to develop ideological and moral curriculum resources,broadening the ways of developing ideological and moral curriculum resources and enriching ideological and moral curriculum in junior high schools.The type of process resources development.
