With the development of the times, the students’ requirements are improved, the students only master the knowledge of books is not enough,and students must improve the ability of the use of knowledge and the ability to migrate. This in the course of lectures must enhance the teaching materials and students, the book knowledge into perceived life; at the same time, we must foster the students correct values and practice good moral behavior criterion, which must combine the students’ life and curriculum content, for in Dongwuqi such economy is relatively backward areas, development education value of local curriculum resources to improve the effect of education and to promote the healthy development of students is of great significance.In this paper, the first part through introduces the concept and classification of curriculum resources and the local curriculum resources clearly can be exploited the curriculum resources including which, after a specific list I flag with the educational value of the local curriculum resources,contains the local curriculum resources in the natural, physical, cultural and historical aspects. The second part introduces in DONGWUQI Junior Ideological and moral lesson in the use of local curriculum resources, because of the characteristics of special, students, teaching material and local curriculum resources can be discussed using and development and utilization of the status quo. The third part discusses the local curriculum resources in third class in the development and use of specific methods, including the application of the principle of, use specific activities, relying on local curriculum resources change wrong teaching concept and extended the teaching and learning of two processes.The fourth part is the combination of the third grade "Ideological and moral" third lesson "recognize the basicnational conditions" the first frame "our socialist motherland" details how to use local curriculum resources. And to reflect on the existing problems, to avoid the mistakes in the future teaching process.The author hopes that through the development and use of local curriculum resources to improve students’ enthusiasm to participate in teaching activities, let students actively develop and use the local curriculum resources, student knowledge migration ability and improve the ability to apply knowledge. Through the observation of home, from the actual life to sum up the country for the development of our economy to make efforts to stimulate and maintain the love of the motherland. And determined to contribute to the development of their hometown and the progress of the motherland.
