From 1949 to the present,With the society's quickly development,as an important part of the currently educational system in China is the secondary vocational school education.With regard to deepening the integration of labor and education,after the promulgation of the General Office of the State Council,vocational schools should deepen the integration of labor and education and form a long-term mechanism for school-enterprise cooperation.As an important part of the training of talented secondary vocational schools,internship is not only to improve students 'professional skills,but more importantly to strengthen students' social cognition and job adaptability,but there will still be gaps in ideological and political education or the phenomenon of breaking gears during the implementation of internship.The content and methods of ideological and political education work can not meet the needs of the social economy for cultivating skills and literacy for talents.As a result,there are many problems in ideological and political education of some middle school students during their internship.According to the investigation of secondary vocational schools in Suzhou Industrial Park,it is found that the emphasis of the political and the ideological education model in secondary vocational schools shifts from school to enterprise,and the teaching contents are also inclined to enterprises.It is analyzed that the ideological and political education work will have different educational objectives of schools and enterprises,lack of systematization in the educational process,weak application of educational contents,immature educational mechanisms,etc.Education methods and methods can not meet the differences of secondary vocational students and other problems.Internships for secondary vocational schools are not only through the promotion of professional skills,but also in the world's prospects,outlook on life and the value of positive development and consolidation.Therefore,it is very necessary to conduct systematic research and analysis on the ideological situation of secondary vocational school students during their internship at the top,and how to guide them correctly and handle the relationship between schools,enterprises and students.In order to solve the ideological,work,life and other problems of students during their internship on the top of the post,we should innovate the countermeasures of ideological and political education during the internship on the top of the post.This is the focus of my research.The innovation of this research lies in focusing the macro-ideological and political education on the specific issues of specific groups of people in a specific period,and exploring and seeking more specific and effective countermeasures for the political and the ideological education model in the higher vocational schools.Ideological education is a difficult task in secondary vocational school.The research on how to strengthen the effectiveness of ideological and political education is not over.Through more in-depth research and analysis of problems,we can find more reasonable countermeasures according to the problems.These contents look forward to continuing research in the future,so as to find out the government,the enterprises,the schools,In order to meet the requirements of the new market for the cultivation of technical talents,the cooperative management mechanism of the students in the process of internship in the secondary vocational school is put forward in order to meet the requirements of the new market.
