The proposal of core literacy has had a great impact on educational ideas.Since it was formally put forward in China in 2014,core literacy has penetrated into the teaching objectives of each discipline.Physics disciplines are interpreted from four aspects,namely,physical concepts,scientific thinking,scientific inquiry,scientific attitude and responsibility.In order to accomplish the transformation from three-dimensional goal to core literacy,the teaching ability of senior high school physics teachers needs to be constantly improved.At present,there are many studies on teaching ability.The structure summarized according to different ideas is different,but the research on Teaching Ability Based on core literacy is less.Therefore,this paper makes further research based on core literacy.In order to construct the teaching ability of high school physics teachers based on core literacy,the author preliminarily set up a questionnaire on the basis of reading relevant literature,and constructed the teaching ability of teachers by questionnaire survey and statistical analysis.Among them,200 valid questionnaires were collected in the first round,and the subjects were senior three students of a school in Luliang area;50 valid questionnaires were collected in the second round,and the subjects were ordinary teachers in Luliang area;20 valid questionnaires were collected in the third round,and the subjects were excellent teachers over 20 years of teaching age.Through three rounds of surveys,the best teaching abilities of physics teachers in high schools were summarized.The main six elements are teaching design ability,teaching organization ability,experiment ability,teaching evaluation ability,information technology use ability and innovation ability.Then,starting from these six abilities,the questionnaire survey method is used again.400 students from twosenior high schools in Luliang City are taken as samples to investigate,and 60 teachers from different schools are surveyed by questionnaire stars.The survey shows that there are three problems in the teaching ability of senior high school physics teachers,namely,experimental ability,information technology use ability,innovation ability,and other teaching ability is in the middle level.Thus it can be seen that the teaching ability of senior high school physics teachers still needs to be further improved,and the teaching ability still needs to be constantly improved.Only by improving teachers' teaching ability can physics classes be carried out efficiently,and students can better improve the core quality of disciplines,and then follow the pace of the times at a high speed.Therefore,this paper puts forward the training strategies of teaching ability from the following five aspects: reforming teaching methods,actively carrying out practice;improving experiments to stimulate students' interest in learning;improving the ability to integrate information technology and physics;constantly improving teachers' own ability to achieve lifelong learning;and improving teachers' teaching ability through various channels.
