As an important part of the excellent traditional Chinese culture,family traditions and teachings are rich in content and rich in educational concepts,which can greatly enlighten and guide the younger generation in dealing with life and studying.Family traditions and family teachings are not only an important part of the moral and rule of law courses in junior high school,but also an important resource for junior high school students to form good moral character.Family traditions and family teachings help junior high school students form a correct world outlook,outlook on life,values,more conducive to the improvement of junior high school students ideological and moral cultivation.By means of questionnaire,interviews of teachers and students of classroom observation records,found that still exist in the actual teaching practice teachers attaches great importance to the knowledge,ignore the values of cultivation,the start-up family precepts education resources development does not reach the designated position,the teaching way of curing to Dan family precepts,single teaching evaluation mode,there exist deviations in understanding education and school education and family education without the problem such as formation education resultant force.To solve these problems,teachers should set up the "education,moral education first" concept of education,in the teaching process fully develop and utilize the start-up family precepts education resources and innovating teaching methods,teachers need to improve the teaching evaluation ways at the same time,strengthen the junior middle school students start-up family precepts education guidance,and parents together to form a family trait family precepts education value together,give full play to the start-up family precepts education in junior middle school students the value of ideological and moral quality education.Through the investigation and research on the family tradition and family training education in the moral and rule of law course of junior high school,it is not only helpful to better infiltrate the family tradition and family training education into the moral and rule of law course,but also helpful to strengthen the ideological and moral construction of junior high school students,carry forward the traditional Chinese virtues,and provide reference for the moral and rule of law course teachers to carry out the family tradition and family training education.
