With the comprehensive implementation of the rule of law,the Party and the state pay more and more attention to the education of the rule of law.Middle school is a critical period for students to grow up,but in recent years,there are endless cases about middle school students’ illegal crimes and lawbreakers,which expose their weak awareness of the rule of law and weak concept of the rule of law,It is necessary to strengthen the education of the rule of law.Morality and rule of law course is the main way for junior middle school students to systematically learn relevant legal knowledge and preliminarily cultivate the quality of rule of law.It undertakes the mission of rule of law education and publicity,and its unique value is unmatched by other disciplines.By strengthening education on the rule of law,students can gain a preliminary understanding of the rule of law,continuously enhance the concept of the rule of law,and consciously comply with the law.Based on the above background,Through the analysis of the necessity of strengthening the education of the rule of law in morality and the rule of law,based on investigation and research,find out the existing problems in the education of the rule of law and analyze the causes,so as to put forward targeted measures:The first part is the introduction.It explains the background and significance of the study,summarizes the state of research at home and abroad,explains the ideas and methods of the study,and clarifies the innovations and shortcomings of the study.The second part is an overview of relevant theories.Explain and define the relevant concepts,find out the theoretical basis,and analyze the significance of this study.The third part is the analysis of the present situation.Through investigation and research,the legal education of middle school students has been preliminarily paid attention to and achieved certain results.The contents and materials of legal education in textbooks are constantly updated and enriched,and the legal awareness of middle school students has been improved to a certain extent.However,in the actual classroom teaching process,there are also some problems.For example,influenced by exam-oriented education;some teachers ignore the guidance of legal education;the evaluation system of legal education is not perfect;the content of legal education is not rich enough,and the teaching method is relatively single.The fourth part is to put forward reasonable countermeasures for the existing problems.In actual teaching,teachers should enhance rule of law literacy,improve the evaluation system,focus on the development and utilization of rule of law education resources,and adopt diverse ways and means of rule of law education.
