Study On The Image Of Kindergarten Teachers

The image of teacher is a concentrated display of kindergarten teachers' professional knowledge,professional ability and professional attitude.Creating a beautiful teacher image is related to the future career development direction and professional growth path of kindergarten teachers.It is about the beautiful expectations of the kindergarten directors and parents for excellent kindergarten teachers.It is about the scientific guidance and edification education of kindergarten teachers on children's physical and mental development.Therefore,understanding the image of kindergarten teachers from the perspective of the kindergarten directors and parents can help kindergarten teachers to improve their sense of professional pride and identity,improve their professional level,and move toward excellent teachers.This study has two sub-studies.Study One aims to collect and organize the high-frequency words of the kindergarten directors and parents about the stimulating word“the image of the kindergarten teacher”.Through an open-ended questionnaire survey of 72 heads and 106 parents in L City of S Province,the number of association words in the minds of kindergarten teachers and parents in the minds of parents was 37 and 35 respectively.Study Two is based on Study One.The second study is to establish and outline the image of kindergarten teachers in the minds of kindergarten directors and parents,and to compare the differences in the image perceptions of kindergarten teachers.By selecting 100 heads and 200 parents in L City of S Province,they were asked to conduct a level 5 assessment of 37 items and 35 items of association words from complete non-conformity to full compliance.The two sub-researches are progressive.The study found that:(1)the image of the kindergarten teacher that the kindergarten directors think can be summarized into four aspects: professional ethics(“ love and dedication”,professional development(“smart and hard work,good learning”),externalimage(“ Vibrant,confident sunshine " and negative image(" burnout ").The top 10 features are followed by love,responsibility,kindness,seriousness,positiveness,simplicity,dedication,amiableness,unity,and sunshine.There are significant differences in the types of kindergarten teachers in the types of gardens.In terms of professional ethics and professional development,the directors of public parks evaluate the image of kindergarten teachers higher than the directors of private parks.(2)Parents believe that the image of kindergarten teachers is mainly manifested in three aspects: personality quality(“high morality,friendly and friendly”),work ability(“teaching is good,serious and responsible”),external characteristics(“beautiful and moving ” ").The top 10 features are followed by responsibility,seriousness,dedication,commitment,responsibility,kindness,teaching,diligence,friendliness,dignity and generosity.The image of kindergarten teachers is significantly influenced by parental education.Among them,compared with other high-education groups,the high school group did not evaluate the kindergarten teachers' personality quality,and the work ability and kindergarten teachers' external style satisfaction were low.(3)The differences in the image of kindergarten teachers in the minds of parents and parents are reflected in two aspects: on the one hand,the composition of the image of kindergarten teachers is different.On the other hand,on the 14 identical characteristic vocabularies,parents' evaluation of kindergarten teachers is obvious.Higher than the director's evaluation of kindergarten teachers.Finally,this study proposes the following suggestions: First,strengthen the "Lide-de-tree" thinking and strictly abide by the professional code of conduct.The second is to form a "famous teacher" effect and do a good job in publicity and reward work.The third is to adhere to the "inside and outside image" cultivation and win the understanding of external trust.
