School-based teaching and research is of great significance for improving the quality of school education and teaching and promoting teachers' professional development.Facing the reality of unbalanced development of urban and rural education and relatively weak level of running schools in rural areas,it is particularly necessary to pay attention to school-based teaching and research in the rural schools.In this study,the methods of investigation,observation and documentation were used to describe the actual situation of school-based teaching and research in the rural schools,and to analyze the problems existing in the process of school-based teaching and research in the rural schools,taking J Joint School in Linfen City and 7 rural primary schools under its jurisdiction as samples.On this basis,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of effectively carrying out school-based teaching and research in the rural schools.There are six parts in this study: The first part is the introduction.It mainly describes the origin,purpose and significance of the research,literature review and concept definition.The second part is the research design and process.This paper mainly introduces the research ideas,research methods and research process in detail.The third part is the description of the current situation of school-based teaching and research in the rural schools.This paper mainly analyses the organization and management of school-based teaching and research,the form and content of school-based teaching and research,teachers' recognition of school-based teaching and research,teachers' participation in school-based teaching and research,and the implementation effect of school-based teaching and research.The fourth part is the conclusion and problem analysis of school-based teaching and research in the rural schools.This paper briefly outlines the overall situation of school-based teaching and research in the sample schools,emphatically expounds such problems as the simplicity of the form and content of school-based teaching and research,the lack of internal motivation for teachers toparticipate in school-based teaching and research,the lack of a strong atmosphere of mutual assistance among teachers,the inadequate guidance of school-based teaching and research specialty and the imperfect guarantee mechanism of school-based teaching and research,and briefly analyses the reasons for the problems from the perspective of schools and teachers.The fifth part is the countermeasures to effectively carry out school-based teaching and research in the rural schools.In view of the above problems,some countermeasures are put forward,such as perfecting the form and content of school-based teaching and research,strengthening teachers' awareness of school-based teaching and research,constructing teachers' research community,strengthening the guidance of school-based teaching and research specialty,and perfecting the system and mechanism of school-based teaching and research.The sixth part is the conclusion.The characteristics and shortcomings of this study are summarized and reflected.
