The incomplete primary school in remote rural areas can play a major role in solving the education opportunities of children in the remote areas who have a long distance from the school,they have much difficult to go to school,which have promoted the education fair to some extent.However,with the continuous development of information technology and its growing use in education and teaching,the imbalance of educational resources brought about by it has become increasingly prominent.In addition,teachers' application of information technology is low,and the educational gap is to be widened.Therefore,improving the application ability of teachers in information technology will become an important way to solve this problem.Unfortunately,the existing teaching research models are mostly through network equipment to complete learning,discussion and homework on the course platform.Considering the lack of network conditions and adequate hardware facilities,this study adopts the "central radiation" type of teaching research model.By referring to the relevant literatures,the author has learned about the current situation of the teaching research mode and its problems in the course of implementation.Under the support of social constructivism and group dynamics,the author tries to construct a kind of joint teaching research activities organization model which suit for the object of study.Considering the weak research awareness and the low research participation of research object,the author try to through the building of teaching research community to create a teaching research atmosphere,in order to promote the participation of the teacher by peer influence and collaboration.At the same time,according to the specific situation of the research object,the author designed the curriculum resources,teaching research activities,teaching practice activities and evaluation methods which are suitable for the research object.And through a series of support and intervention to protect the implementation of teaching research activities,teaching practice activities and evaluation.Through the final evaluation data of backbone teacher and the process materials of joint teaching research,we can find out:1.The construction of teaching research community can promote the development of joint teaching research activities to a certain extent.2.The combination of teaching research activities and teaching practice activities can improve the information technology application capability of teachers.3.The improving information technology application ability of teacher can gradually improve its two problems: cannot set up all courses prescribed by the state and the courses which have been opened is not good enough.In addition,the innovation application of information technology of teachers is relatively lacking,for this problem,the author proposed some strategies to improve the effectiveness of joint teaching research.Through the attempt to Innovative application of the joint teaching research mode,the author hopes to solve some problems existing in it to a certain degree,and then promote the improvement of the application ability of information technology of teachers,and the resolution of problems: cannot setting up all courses and the courses which have been opened is not perfect.
