Culture is the soul of a country and a nation.Cultural self-confidence is a country and a nation's full affirmation and active practice of their own cultural values,and it is the firm confidence in the vitality of their culture.lt is a more basic,wider and deeper self-confidence.The recognition of the revolutionary culture is the key to cultural self-confidence.The revolutionary culture bears the demands of the Chinese people for national independence,national liberation and their happiness.It is the spiritual support of the Chinese nation's revolution,construction and reform.With the development of globalization,the blending of Chinese and Western cultures and the fading of the revolutionary years,With the development of globalization and the blending of Chinese and Western civilizations,many young students are lost in the fierce clash of civilizations.Excellent qualities such as hard work,fearless,dedication and sacrifice are gradually forgotten.General Secretary Xi Jinping attaches great importance to the inheritance of the revolutionary culture by young students.Youth makes the country prosperous.Only by recognizing the revolutionary culture and actively practicing revolutionary spirit and quality can we strengthen cultural self-confidence and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The Chinese revolutionary culture is the unity of brave sacrifice spirit,profound historical accumulation and deep national emotion.Strengthening young students' identity of the revolutionary culture is the recognition and approval of the Communist Party of China 's fine style of work,noble sentiments and great achievements in the period of revolution and construction and reform and opening-up,and internalize into our own ideas and practices.The recognition of Chinese revolutionary culture is an important prerequisite for strengthening Chinese cultural self-confidence.It is conducive to shaping the correct outlook on life of young students,strengthening confidence in the victory of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and realizing the dream of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Through questionnaires and on-site interviews with five universities in Jiangsu Province,and start from the young students' cognition,identity and practice of revolutionary culture,this paper comprehensively grasp the young students' identity of the revolutionary culture at the levels of government,society,universities,families,communities and individuals.Through data analysis,it can be seen that young students have some problems such as vague rational cognition,weak emotional identification and disconnection between theory and practice on revolutionary culture.The causes of these problems are complex and varied.The influence of historical nihilism,the impact of multi-culture,problems in Social Development,the drawbacks of traditional education and the limitations of individual cognition all affect the young students1 recognition of the revolutionary culture.Therefore,it is a systematic project to solve the problems existing in young students'identification with the revolutionary culture.It needs not only external forces such as government,society,universities,families and communities,but also students' subjective initiative.By taking the socialist core values as the guide,promoting the transformation of the revolutionary cultural discourse into a new era,promoting the optimization and upgrading of the revolutionary cultural industry to create a good social and cultural atmosphere.By improving the educational model of colleges and universities,highlighting the function of family education,and enhancing the awareness of community education to build a multi-level education system.By strengthening the study of the revolutionary theory and the self-confidence of the revolutionary culture,firmly resisting historical nihilism,guiding practice with the revolutionary culture,and emphasizing individual self-development,then we can be better enhance the recognition of the revolutionary culture.
