The social integration of migrant children is an important issue faced by China's rapid economic development and social transformation,and it has also attracted wide attention from all walks of life.Migrant children face a lot of problems in integrating into society.Based on the theory of superiority perspective,this study discovered the current situation of social integration of migrant children,explored the reasons for their social integration,focused on the advantages of migrant children and the environmental resources of families,schools and communities,and used group work methods to solve their social integration dilemmas.To promote the better integration of migrant children into society.This study used a combination of quantitative research and qualitative research methods,taking the X community in Dalian as the research location,using questionnaires and interviews to collect data.The survey has found that the social integration of migrant children mainly includes three aspects:economic life,social interaction and social psychology.The reasons for social integration are related to the three levels of individual,family and community,and tap the personal advantages of migrant children to connect environmental resources.Based on the above-mentioned problems,the Mobile Children's Social Integration Growth Group has been organized to conduct 8 group activities to promote the integration of migrant children in social interaction and psychosocial level,and accelerate the pace of social integration.The researcher has proposed countermeasures based on the above problems,involving government,community,school and family levels.The government formulates relevant policies to improve the economic income of migrant families,strengthens community environment construction,provides school academic counseling for migrant children,and enhances parent-child relationships.Due to limited time and limitations of researchers' capabilities,this study has certain limitations.First of all,the problem of the integration of migrant children's economic life has not been resolved.This problem needs to be solved by the government department,and the community provides certain auxiliary services.Secondly,this study only uses group work methods to carry out social work services,and the social work methods are single.Again,although the researchers collect basic information on the social integration of migrant children in schools,they don't provide services in schools.Finally,the researchers only conduct research and social work intervention services based on the X community,and the research scope is narrow.In future research,first,researchers will adopt a diverse social work approach to intervene.Secondly,in the school,professional social work services such as teacher-student relationship and learning mutual aid group will be carried out.Finally,cross-community research will be conducted to obtain more comprehensive information and provide more professional services for migrant children.
