Parent-child relationship is one of the most important interpersonal relationships for children,and a good parent-child relationship is an important factor for the normal socialization of adolescents.At present,our country junior high school students generally in the "4-2-1" family structure,condensing the two generations,three families work,parents are willing to part with or use investment to meet the demand of children of various aspects,junior middle school students because of the childhood life is very rich material life and spiritual lives of family environment,they have more ways to contact the society,to meet new things and contact with new ideas.Parents of traditional ideas and this generation has been very different,so is at a loss when parenting,for example,in tight and loose discipline children,inconsistent phenomenon,and the matching,junior middle school students in the family relationship models show the lack of communication between parent and tongue-tied,embarrassed to say love etc,along with the fierce and universality of parent-child conflicts.In this study,the subject is in the parent-child relationship of authoritarian and neglectful,showing a series of problems such as treason and academic burnout.The dominant view holds that the family advantage is hidden behind the parent-child problem,and many words and actions between teenagers and their parents are based on care and worry,but due to inappropriate expressions,they finally take the form of conflict,dispute,alienation and indifference.This study,supported by the theory of advantage perspective,gives play to the professional social work values of "helping others and helping themselves",and makes the subjects realize their own advantages,resources and the possibility of change in the process of using advantage rating scale and other tools to evaluate the subjects' advantages,so as to stimulate the subjects' desire to change.In specific intervention,using skills such as listening,clarification of mining director of parent-child relationships,academic performance desire and expectation,and through the debate and confrontation of techniques to identify and respond to director and their parents in the parent-child relationship of irrational beliefs,guide the director to change the original way to communicate with parents,promote the benign communication,finally realizes the bad for the improvement of the parent-child relationship.In the practical process,the author also combined the actual situation of the case,and used WeChat platform and other instant communication software to encourage the case and parents to communicate online and offline simultaneously.In addition,because the improvement of parent-child relationship is a long-term process,during which it is prone to regression and repetition,the author formulated basic family rules to consolidate the intervention results and guide the benign development of parent-child relationship.Academic pressure is one of the main and common sources of pressure for middle school students.Poor parent-child relationship will lead to different degrees of academic problems.In turn,the academic performance and school performance of middle school students may be the trigger of parent-child conflict.By improving the bad parent-child relationship,school burnout and powerlessness of middle school students can be improved to a certain extent,so as to promote the healthy development of teenagers and better realize socialization.In this case study,the author followed the practical principle of self-determination,followed the priority of the target,and selected appropriate intervention techniques according to the actual situation,so as to provide theoretical and practical experience for the improvement of parent-child relationship of middle school students.
