With the rapid development of new service industries such as finance and computer and the constant change of economic and trade patterns, service trade has gradually occupied an important position on the world stage. The producer service industry is dependent on the manufacturing industry, including transportation, finance, information and other sub-sectors,and they are the most important parts of the service industry.Producer services started early in developed countries, and input of human capital, research development and other factors are relatively large. Most of the products produced have high technical content and high added value, and their contribution to the economic and trade development of all countries is also increasing. In recent years,China's economic strength has gradually increased, the quality of export products has also improved, and the investment of various types of intellectual capital has also made the level of technical content of export products improve, but there is still a certain gap compared with the major developed countries in the world.Under the environment of the world economic slowdown,China's foreign trade and economic development are still very difficult,China's producer service trade is characterized by long-term dependence on traditional industries, and new high technology content industries such as finance, insurance temporarily haven't fully be stimulating the development of export growth and economic development. Therefore,it is important to study how to increase the technical content of China's producer service trade exports. This paper focuses on the technical content level of the export of producer services in China, and on the basis of literature review, the previous scholars use "cost discovery" model and endogenous growth theory model to establish the theoretical framework of the technical content of the export of producer services, and preliminarily determines the influencing factors. In the empirical part, this paper adopts the quantile regression test method to measure the technical complexity of the export of producer services in 30 sample countries around the world on the basis of the theoretical model, and conducts an empirical test on the factors affecting its size. The advantage of the quantile regression test lies in its ability to analyze the quantile of the technical content of the export of different producer services and the utility differences of various influencing factors. On the basis of theoretical model and empirical test, this paper puts forward the following suggestions for the development of producer service trade in China:Strengthening human capital input and cultivating high-quality professional talents;Increasing investment in research and development to promote independent innovation;Rationally use of foreign directinvestment(FDI)to improve the efficiency of foreign capital utilization;Vigorously develop high-tech producer services to improve the overall level of the industry;Seizing the new "One Belt And One Road" opportunities to promote the liberalization of producer services trade.
