Quarters as an important place for students to learn and live, has become the intercourse "rehearsal" before college students into the community. Develop good relationships not only benefit students in dormitory living, learning, but also help students develop good habits and healthy psychological quality. And have profound impact of the formation of values and living philosophy to college students.For college students, college dormitories relationship is a matter of normal human growth process inevitably encounter, but also the beginning of the learning process of a person’s social relationships. Therefore, the college dormitory interpersonal depth study of college student perfect personality and mental health has important and far-reaching significance.The paper selected four provincial universities in Xi’an, Shaanxi Province, district, and a random sample of200college students as research samples, using questionnaires, surveys the current status of college dorm dormitory interpersonal relationships and the impact of the main factors. And further understand the college dormitory interpersonal needs for optimization to determine the use of professional social work methods and angles to try to difficulties in interpersonal communication-college dorm encountered in intervention. In this study, the intervention group work to approach college dormitory relationships, interpersonal communication through the formation of the group, enhance interpersonal skills and communication skills among team members learn from each other, share with each other. Explore the use in schools of social work, group work to help students enhance interpersonal communication skills and the collective consciousness and sense of community, while empirical analysis of the role of group work methods to improve college students’interpersonal skills, showing the improvement and change team members Finally, the difference before and after the test data comparative analysis of group activities, indicating the activity to some extent, enhance the crew’s self-confidence, enhance the ability of members of the interpersonal. In this perspective extends to university social work resources as the core, the development of school social work can help the healthy growth and development of college students.
