With the development of China's teacher education reform,the party central committee,the state council and the ministry of education have issued a series of education documents,school physical education work has been more attention and attention,the status and treatment of physical education teachers have been generally improved.Secondary school physical education teachers is to cultivate students' physical and mental health practitioners,improve teachers' professional identity,teaching self-efficacy and job involvement is the main channel of training middle school physical education teachers' specialization,this article through to the middle school physical education teachers' professional identity,the status quo of teaching between self-efficacy and job involvement,and study the relationship between the three variables,further improve the overall sports teachers teaching ability and the development of professional quality,the school of management for the future and provide reference Suggestions for the construction of the physical education teachers team.In this study,420 middle school physical education teachers in 17 counties and cities of linfen city were selected as the research subjects.A total of 420 electronic questionnaires and paper questionnaires were distributed,and 338 valid questionnaires were obtained.The professional identity scale of middle school physical education teachers compiled by zhou ke,the teaching efficacy scale of teachers compiled by yu guoliang et al,and the job involvement scale compiled by Schaufeli et al were adopted.In this paper,SPSS 19.0 software and AMOS21.0 software were used for reliability and validity test,descriptive statistical analysis,independent sample T test,one-way variance analysis,correlation analysis,structural equation model building and other statistical analysis,and the following research results were obtained:(1)The professional identity,teaching efficiency and job involvement of middle school PE teachers are above the average level on the whole,which indicates that the overall working status of middle school PE teachers in linfen city is good.(2)There are significant differences in the demographic variables of middle school physical education teachers' professional identity,teaching efficacy and job involvement.There were significant differences in the demographic variables of occupational identity,such as gender,marriage,professional title and educational background.There were significant differences in demographic variables such as gender and teaching segment.Job involvement had significant differences in demographic variables such as marriage,age,professional title and income level.(3)There was a significant positive correlation between professional identity,teaching efficacy and job involvement of physical education teachers in middle schools.There is a significant positive correlation between the professional identity of middle school physical education teachers and their teaching effectiveness,and between the professional identity of middle school physical education teachers and their work engagement.That is to say,the higher the professional identity level of middle school physical education teachers is,the higher the teaching efficacy level is,and the higher the degree of their job involvement is.The three variables are both correlated and independent.(4)The professional identity of middle school physical education teachers plays a complete mediating role in the influence of teaching efficacy on job involvement,that is,the influence of teaching efficacy of middle school physical education teachers on job involvement is not direct,but improves the job involvement of middle school physical education teachers indirectly through professional identity.
