Based on the results the following conclusions:(1) the overall level of high school sports professional identity of teachers in China are relatively high.(2) different genders, ages middle school PE teacher, education, school location, title and seniority level in the professional identity were significant differences exist. In each dimension comparison, general education efficacy and role of values was a significant positive correlation, but the orientation and professional conduct, professional values and professional sense of belonging are significantly negatively correlated; personal teaching efficacy and role of values were generally significantly positively correlated with professional behavior and professional values tendency was significantly positively correlated with occupational sense of belonging is basically no correlation.
