Study On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Free Normal University Students' Ideological And Political Education

In order to realize the balanced development of the education,make people enjoy equal rights by education,narrow the gap between urban and rural education development level,decided to subordinates normal university in June 2007.Since September 2012,the policy of free education for normal university students has been implemented in shanxi normal university.The goal of the free education policy for normal university students is to train excellent teachers and educators,strengthen their sense of social responsibility and mission,and aspire to be the undertaker and pioneer of the education cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.To achieve this goal,we must put the free normal ideological and political education work at the core of free normal education work,the ideological and political theory about free normal education and value guidance,promote free normal mental consciousness,make free normal sets up the teaching of vocational ideal and faith,strong teacher career development direction.Through systematical summary of free normal including the content of the ideological and political education,make clear further to carry out the free normal the importance of ideological and political education,ideological and political education in affirmed the free normal in promoting free normal education development,education and next generation construction power and so on the important role of the premise,to carry out the research to the problem.On the questionnaire survey and random interviews of free normal carding analysis found that free normal has the ideological and political education in the process of conducting effect but also has many deficiencies,the current free normal ideological and political education in the education content,education method,education carrier and deficient factors of teaching effect.The reasons are mainly focused on the growth of free normal university students,the neglect of family education,the inadequate development of colleges and universities,and the negative impact of the social environment.Based on an in-depth analysis of the current situation and causes of the ideological and political education of free normal university students,this paper puts forward specific Suggestions on strengthening the ideological and political education of free normal university students,with a view toproviding reference value for the ideological and political work of free normal university students in the future.To be specific,the ideological and political education of free normal university students should be strengthened.The second is to explore diversified methods of ideological and political education for free normal university students,and make continuous innovations in class,practice and professional courses,so as to improve the sense of obtaining free normal university students' ideological and political education.Third,make effective use of the free ideological and political education carrier of normal university students,by giving full play to the power of party and league organizations,campus cultural activities and online education platform,jointly help free ideological and political education of normal university students,make it full of remarkable results.Fourthly,we should optimize the ideological and political education environment of free normal university students,and create a good educational atmosphere from the aspects of family,society and media,so that the environment will have an all-round impact on free normal university students.Fifth,it is necessary for free normal university students to strengthen their ability of self-cognition and improve their ability to practice self-education.They should not only set up lofty aspirations,but also acquire excellent skills.More importantly,they should actively participate in social practice,so as to promote their continuous development.Through these five aspects,gradually strengthen and deepen the ideological and political education of free normal university students,so as to improve the ideological realm of free normal university students.
