In 2018,the ministry of education issued a document to change the "free normal university student policy" to "free normal university student policy",improving and improving the relevant policy content,and establishing the free normal university student education system.Under the national policy,xinjiang uygur autonomous region has issued the corresponding free normal university student policy.The adoption of this major measure is to further create a strong atmosphere of respecting teachers and valuing education,to cultivate a large number of excellent teachers,and to promote the balanced development of primary and secondary education in xinjiang.It is urgent to strengthen the ideological and political education of the autonomous region's normal university students in order to make them become excellent teachers and educators in the future.The universities in southern xinjiang have a special environment,where many cultures collide,and they are the forefront of the anti-three forces.Therefore,the education in southern xinjiang strengthens the ideological and political education of the students of the southern xinjiang free normal university,which can meet the needs of social stability and long-term stability in southern xinjiang.The study on the ideological and political education of the public funded normal university students in southern xinjiang is a new task endowed by The Times.This paper takes the free normal university students in southern xinjiang as the research object,and aims to investigate and study the current situation of ideological and political education of the free normal university students in southern xinjiang and the underlying causes.The purpose is to provide information for the education of the free normal university students in the autonomous region,and provide constructive Suggestions for improving the relevant approaches and methods.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part,the existing research on ideological and political education is summarized,and the theory involved in this study is briefly introduced,put forward their own research methods and research purposes on the ideological and political education of free normal university students.In the second part,the author USES relevant theories and the interview results to test the ideological and political education of students in public funded normal schools in southern xinjiang.On the basis of interviews and questionnaires,this paper analyzes the main influencing factors of the ideological and political education of public funded normal university students.The third part analyzes the results of the questionnaire survey.Among them,including the influence of various factors on the ideological and political education of the southern xinjiang free normal university students,and the problems existing in the ideological and political education of the southern xinjiang free normal university students are briefly expounded.The fourth part,combined with the investigation of the actual situation,analyzes the reasons for the problems existing in the ideological and political education of the public funded normal university students in southern xinjiang.The fifth part,from the perspective of the state,schools and individuals,summarizes the appropriate Suggestions for improving the ideological and political education of the students of the public funded normal university in southern xinjiang.
