Campus culture is an important part of education and soft power of middle school, is an indispensable key link of overall education. The Outline of Reform and Development on Chinese Education says that all types of schools should construct a healthy and vivid campus culture as well as a good spirit in school and study so as to make the campus become the main ground in the construction of socialist spiritual civilization.The construction of campus culture requests to lead and inspire students by a distinct and accurate guidance, to cohere and motivate teachers and students by positive power, to affect and edify teachers and students by healthy and harmonious atmosphere, and to ensure ordering campus life by scientific and effective institution regulations. Vigorously enhancing the construction of campus culture in regular middle schools plays an important role in strengthening the pertinence and efficiency of moral education, in guiding juveniles to set up a correct socialist concept of honor and disgrace, in reinforcing and improving ideological moral construction of juveniles.Based on the investigation and comparison of campus culture in 10 ChangShu secondary schools, this paper shows the significant achievements of the campus culture construction and its objective problems that need to be strengthened and improved. Because the influence factors of the campus culture construction are various, it demands for exploring effective countermeasures for campus culture construction, according to the requests of socialist core value system, the facts of middle school education reform& development and the shaping characteristics of middle school students; it demands for further promotion of the concept of the campus culture construction in middle school; it demands for the greater investment of the campus culture construction; it demands for the optimization of "Environment cultivation" to strengthen campus culture; it requires to strengthen "three styles"construction to further the campus culture construction; it requires to pay attention to participation of teachers and students and play the main role of teachers and students; it requires to reinforce the leading position of the socialist core value system in the campus culture construction; it requires to build "Humanistic Campus" and civilized schools and promote the interaction among campus culture, community culture and culture industry.
