Strengthening school physical education is an important way to implement quality education and promote students' all-round development.In recent years,local governments and various departments have continuously introduced policies and measures to accelerate the promotion of school sports,vigorously carry out sunshine sports,and make positive progress in school sports.But on the whole,school sports are still relatively weak,and the physical fitness of students is still a significant shortcoming of the quality of students.This study takes "Study on the status quo and influencing factors of physical participation of rural high school students in Weifang City" as the research object.Through the investigation of the physical participation of rural high school students in Weifang City,this paper analyzes the current situation of sports participation of rural high school students in Weifang City and reveals the influence of Weifang City.The factors of physical participation of rural high school students propose scientific and effective solutions and methods.On the basis of consulting a large amount of literature,this paper uses the literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,logic analysis method and other research methods to firstly influence the main policy system factors affecting the participation of rural high school students in Weifang City.School environmental factors,family environment factors and social environment factors are discussed.Then,the current situation of sports participation of rural high school students in Weifang City is analyzed from four aspects: frequency,time,method and venue of sports participation.Through analysis,it is found that the factors affecting the participation of rural high school students in sports,and the study of various factors in the school and off-campus,and draw conclusions: First,the physical participation of rural high school students in addition to their own subjective initiative,but also by many outsiders The influence of factors,including the policy system factors,social environmental factors,family environmental factors,school environmental factors and students' own interests and hobbies,which are mainly discussed in this survey,are mainly related to the following aspects.Second,the factors affecting students' participation in classroom sports are mainly The attitude of school principals and leaders to sports,whether there is any work for sports leaders,the teaching plan of the first-line physical education teachers according to the curriculum standards,the use of teaching methods,the size of business ability,the choice of teaching content,and the initiative of students themselves.Third,the factors influencing the participation of students in extracurricular sports are mainly the sports facilities and media influence of the social environment,the attitudes and behaviors of parents in sports participation,the educational level of parents and the sports consumption of the family,as well as the students' extracurricular time.Arrangements,etc.Furthermore,it is proposed to “establish and improve the policy system,strengthen the publicity and publicity of sports,improve the school environment,popularize the importance of sports participation in the family,and stimulate the participation of students in sports.” and other suggestions,trying to serve rural high school students.Sports participation and lifelong sports development lay a solid foundation and provide useful reference and scientific basis.
