Teenagers are the future of our country and the hope of our nation.China is strong when the young people are strong,and the healthy growth of the young people can contribute more to the construction of the motherland and social development.As an important place for young people's study and life--school,bullying incidents occur frequently in recent years,which not only affects the normal study and life of young people,but even causes severe physical and psychological trauma.Therefore,bullying behaviors in school must be prevented and controlled.This research adopts a variety of research methods such as literature,investigation and research,and policy analysis.Adopt the method of stratified sampling,in accordance with the city-level demonstration schools,district-level demonstration school and general classification,wring 9 L city L area junior high school of 1239 junior middle school students,analyzed the L city L area middle school bullying phenomenon,type,location and events,the basic situation of the bullies and the characteristic of bullies,bullying attitude,processing of school bullying behavior and causes.Questionnaire through the analysis of the social science statistical software SPSS18.0found: one is L L city area junior middle school students to implement the incidence of bullying is 0.97%,the incidence of bullying behavior is 7.85%,and witness the incidence of bullying is 12.59%,39.6% of students choose to leave the site after the witness bullying,and junior high school students to become general campus bullies or bullying;Secondly,the proportion of both bullies and bullies is higher in boys than in girls.Third,junior students tend to be bullied,senior students tend to be bullies;Fourth,children from families with parents with college degrees or unstable careers are more likely to be involved in bullying incidents.The bullying incidents at the junior high school in L district,L city mainly involve fivetypes: verbal abuse and malicious taunts,physical beatings,destruction of personal finances,social exclusion,and rumors and defamation.Bullying occurs around schools,classrooms,campus corners,toilets,hallways and playgrounds.After school and during recess are two of the most common periods for bullying.The main characteristics of bullies are overbearing temper,strong body and good family conditions,while the main characteristics of bullies are weak character and poor family conditions.Schools and teachers do not pay much attention to the phenomenon of school bullying,and parents do not deal with their children's school bullying in a reasonable way to reduce the occurrence of school bullying does not help.The five factors that contribute to school bullying include personal factors,peer factors,school factors,family factors and social factors.Combining five factors,the author puts forward five Suggestions: first,strengthen the education of students,improve the cognitive level of bullying behavior of junior middle school students;The second is to build a healthy and upward relationship between students to promote the emotional sublimation between students;Third,the construction and improvement of school bullying management system;Fourth,implement the home-school cooperation mechanism to improve the ability of family education;Fifth,combining social forces to solve the problem of school bullying.Through effective means to prevent and control the phenomenon of school bullying,optimize the junior middle school environment,for junior high school students to create a beautiful and hopeful campus environment for growth.
