We define three role classes that are violator,victim and bystander for campus bullying.The bystanders are the main part in this group,they don't bully others and not to be bullied too.The bystanders are the main participators in the campus bullying interventions,and we can greatly reduce the occurrence of the campus bullying by the correct guidance of junior high school boys in the school bullying behavior for the various kinds of characteristics of campus boys bystanders behavior.This research use questionnaire and interview to the school bullying behavior on Dalian seventeenth middle school's three grade boys as the main survey method.607 questionnaires had been sent and 605 questionnaires had been got back for researching targets including 15 students and 6 teachers.In this research,we diagnoses the characteristic of behavior and the causes of the behavior of the boy bystanders in the campus bullying.Further on,we researched the students' grade,age,residence,family and parents' education degree of several factors as the effect for campus bullying behavior of boys on the sidelines.Sum up through survey data,we know the behavioral characteristics of the boy bystanders in campus bullying:1.More than 70%of the on campus bullying of junior high school boys show sympathy;2.only less than 10%of junior high school boys get the idea of stopping violence;3.The majority of junior high school boys will have deliberately avoided to tell parents or teachers the on campus bullying;4.Junior high school boys in the presence of on campus bullying have revenge psychology;5.Junior high school boys think the interference in campus bullying affects their interpersonal relationship;6.Junior high school boys do not agree with the malicious words on network are the on campus bullying events.To study and explore the characteristics for campus bullying behavior in boys as bystanders,this research puts forward some educational countermeasures.The education strategy of this paper for the campus bully boy bystander behavior:1.Cultivate junior high school boys' concept of right or wrong,so that they can form an objective judgment on the bullying;2.Pay attention to the home and school cooperation system,and improve the junior high school boys'personality development;3.Enhance the sense of collective responsibility of boys in junior high school,so as to reduce the occurrence of bullying on campus;4.Take the teacher as the example to guide the junior high school boys to solve the problem of bullying ability;5.Create a good moral environment and strengthen the moral education of junior high school boys.
