Research On The Improvement Of Equipment Procurement Process In Z University

Teaching equipment is an important material condition for teaching and research in colleges and universities.It is a powerful guarantee for cultivating high-quality,innovative and practical talents,and it is also a manifestation of the comprehensive educational capability of colleges and universities.For colleges and universities,how to improve equipment procurement efficiency,shorten the procurement cycle,optimize the procurement process is particularly important.Therefore,this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of equipment procurement in Z universities,and studies the improvement of equipment procurement process in Z universities,which provides some reference for the procurement of universities and related units in China.This paper first describes the research background and the significance of the topic,reviews the relevant research status at home and abroad,and further clarifies the research content and research ideas.Secondly,the concept and classification of purchasing are expounded and defined,and the theory and method of improving the procurement process And then analyzes the current situation of the procurement process of Z University,including the general situation of the procurement organization,the current situation of the procurement process and the problems in the procurement process,and so on.In this paper,Then,the ECRS analysis method is used as the main process improvement method.After the cancellation,merging,rearrangement and simplification,the original process is optimized,and the concrete implementation of the various aspects of the process is put forward.As a supplement,The paper analyzes the improvement effect from the aspects of purchasing cycle,purchasing satisfaction and the use of funds.Finally,the paper summarizes the research and puts forward the prospect of the research.
