The "13th Five-Year Plan for the Development of National Education" promulgated in October 2017 pointed out that it is necessary to focus on cultivating the practical ability of vocational education students.In teaching,practical teaching should be regarded as the key link to deepen the teaching reform,focusing on improving students' practical experience.Many practical cases in primary and secondary schools have proved that the flipped classroom teaching mode is superior to the traditional teaching mode.Therefore,the application of flipping classrooms in higher vocational colleges is also worth promoting and enrichingIn this study,literature analysis method is used to sort out and analyze the relevant literature at home and abroad to lay the foundation for the research theory.At the same time,the successful model of fliped classroom is used for reference.Combining with the characteristics of students in Higher Vocational colleges,the teaching model of flipped classroom suitable for practical courses in Higher Vocational Colleges is constructed,and an eight-week teaching experiment is carried out.The experimental process is divided into four stages,including pre-analysis,design of instruction and design of teaching resources,mid-term feedback and teaching evaluation according to the model of fliped classroom.The experiment takes Chapter 3 "Use of Word 2010" and Chapter 5 "Use of PowerPoint 2010" of Fundamentals of Computer Applications as examples.When the experiment was carried out in the medium term,the feedback survey of flipped classroom experience was conducted.According to the feedback,we revise the model of instruction,design of instruction and teaching resources to continue the experiment.From the three-dimensional teaching objectives of "knowledge and skills,process and methods,emotional attitudes and values",the experiment analyzed the differences of learning effects between the experimental group and the control group.The experimental data show that the number of homework,the quality of homework,the attendance rate and the post-test scores of the students who are taught in the flipped classroom are higher than those of the students who are not taught in the flipped classroom.It is conducive to cultivating spiritual character such as interest in learning,initiative in learning,and willingness to help others.The experimental data confirm the validity of the flipped classroom model.It is hoped that the research results will bring the reference value of the theory and practice to the teachers of higher vocational colleges in the practical courses.
