MOOC,since it has been proposed in 2008,after four years of sedimentation and development,by 2012,colleges and vocational education institutions around the world set off a MOOC boom.With MOOC practitioners constantly exploring,the concept of flipped classroom was proposed and widely applied in practice,and reformed the model of instruction.To a certain extent,it improved the teaching methods,and played a significant role in improving teaching quality.Under the influence of educational environment and requirements,the combination of SPOC and flipped classroom is remarkable in the process of innovative exploration.This teaching pattern can reflect the real value of online education in colleges and universities.This study mainly used literature research method,action research method,questionnaire investigation and so on.It focused on the research of instructional design and application of the SPOC-based flipped classroom.Specific work has been done as follows:First of all,defined the concepts of MOOC and SPOC,mixed learning,traditional classroom and flipped classroom,studied the present situation of flipped classroom and some related theories.Secondly,researched and analyzed some domestic and foreign typical flipped classroom instructional models.On this basis,built an instructional model of the SPOC-based flipped classroom.Then,according to the model,taking Development of Multimedia Course Resources as an example,making instructional design of flipped classroom.Finally,practical research,put the instructional design into application and test its application effect.And analyzed the facts that influence the effectiveness of flipped classroom teaching from four aspects: subject,environment,teacher and student.The results showed that the SPOC-based flipped classroom model got a good application,and received a positive response from students.Their enthusiasm has been improved,comprehensive ability has been enhanced.We hope that this research can provide some reference for the university teachers to carry out flipped classroom teaching.
