Research On The Cultivation Of College Students' Civic Morality In The New Media Environment

As a new carrier of information communication,new media is not only a way of communication,but also a carrier of communication content,which has penetrated into all aspects of people's life.College students have strong receptive ability and are easily influenced by the information brought by new media.With its convenient and quick advantages,new media has quickly gained the favor of the majority of students.To a certain extent,it has played a driving role in broadening the vision of college students and promoting the overall development of college students.It has created some opportunities for the cultivation of civic morality of college students,and to a certain extent,it has brought advantages for ideological and political education.But at the same time,the new media has also brought many challenges to the cultivation of traditional civic morality.With these challenges,the problems of civic morality of College Students under the new media environment have gradually emerged.If not correctly guided,it will seriously affect college students' learning,life and the formation of moral concepts,and even affect the future development.The cultivation of College Students' civic morality is the focus of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.At present,colleges and universities need to keep up with the pace of the times,and actively explore effective ways to cultivate college students' civic morality in combination with the characteristics and influence of new media.In this paper,under the current new media environment,the problems of College Students' civic morality are explored,the causes of the problems and solutions are comprehensively discussed,with the new media as the starting point,the new media and the cultivation of College Students' civic morality are combined for research,which is mainly composed of four parts.The first part mainly discusses the related concepts of new media and civic morality,through the analysis of their respective characteristics,to find the theoretical basis for the cultivation of civic morality of college students in the new media environment.First of all,starting from the concept of new media,this paper analyzes the characteristics of new media,such as hypermedia,interactivity,hyperspatiotemporal,permeability,personalization and virtualization.Based on the connotation of civic morality,this paper analyzes the characteristics of civic morality,such as individuality,publicity and participation.On this basis,it summarizes the contents of cultivating civic morality of college students in the new media environment.Secondly,it discusses Chinese traditional citizen moral theory,Marxist moral theory and western citizen moral theory,as the theoretical support of this study.The second part mainly analyzes the opportunities and challenges brought by new media to the civic morality of college students.The characteristics of the new media complex determines its impact on college students' citizen moral cultivation is various,both the positive side,the new media is helpful to promote the college students' moral subject status,the new media can promote the college students' citizen moral internalization,new media built a broad platform for college students' citizen morality cultivation,new media in order to improve the moral cultivation results provide favorable conditions;At the same time,new media also has an impact and challenge on the civic morality education of college students: new media affects the moral choice of college students,new media increases the difficulty of cultivating civic morality,new media impacts the traditional concept of cultivating civic morality,and new media challenges the traditional model of cultivating civic morality.The third part is to investigate the current situation of College Students' civic morality in the new media environment and analyze the causes.First of all,according to the relevant requirements of the design of the questionnaire and analysis of the basic situation of the sample;second,combined with the data to explore the impact of the new media in all aspects of the current college students' civic ethics.At last,the author makes a further analysis of the causes of the problems: there is no joint effort of new media sports people,the construction of the cultivation Team of College Students' civic morality aspects,from many angles.The first is to broaden the way of education and improve the process of moral cultivation of new media citizens.Specifically,it includes giving full play to the joint efforts of new media sports people,promoting the diversification of the main body of the cultivation of College Students' civic morality;strengthening the construction of new media education team,improving the timeliness of the cultivation of College Students' civic morality;using new media to develop educational resources,enriching the contents of the cultivation of College Students' civic morality;using new media to integrate educational space,improving the cultivation mode of College Students' civic morality.The second is to optimize the cultivation mode of new media citizens' morality in combination with the educational concept.The main models are: attaching importance to the subject status of college students,building a new media inter subject civic moral cultivation model;paying attention to the individual needs of college students,building a new media personalized civic moral cultivation model;paying attention to the emotional needs of college students,creating a new media implicit penetration civic moral cultivation model.Third,strengthen multi-party cooperation and improve the environment for cultivating new media citizens' morality.It mainly includes improving laws and regulations,establishing and improving the management mechanism of new media;guiding the social atmosphere,building a positive social environment of new media;focusing on school education,strengthening the construction of new media platform;attaching importance to family education,creating a harmonious new media education environment.Fourth,we should give full play to the initiative of college students and enhance college students' moral self-discipline.It includes enhancing college students' awareness of new media participation and responsibility,improving college students' new media literacy and enhancing their ability of self-education.Ideological and political education pays close attention to the cultivation of citizens' personality.As an important part of Ideological and political education,the cultivation of civilmorality is related to the formation of individual personality and the construction of Civil Morality in China.It is of great significance for enriching the connotation of Ideological and political education of college students,and it is also an important embodiment of Ideological and political education advancing with the times.
