Civic morality refers to the moral requirements in the public sphere of society,and is a code of ethics that all citizens in a country should abide by.In 2019,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued and implemented the " Program for Improving Civic Morality In The New Era",emphasizing the need to build morality and foster people throughout the entire process of school education.In this context,how high school history teaching responds to the requirements of Civic morality construction in the new era,and how to implement the new round of education reform plans,has become an important issue for many high school history teachers.The history subject itself has a specific humanity,so it has a unique advantage in cultivating students' civic morality.Thousands of years of brilliant human civilization has nurtured countless excellent moral cultures.After the precipitation of time,these moral cultures still have the practical value of cultivating the civic morality of students in the new era.However,there are few researches on the cultivation of civic morality in high school history teaching,and the research on civic ethics training strategy in high school history teaching is even rarer.Therefore,how to provide new ideas for the construction of civic morality in the new era,and how to maximize the cultivation value of civic morality in high school history teaching will become the focus of this article.The thesis first discusses the necessity and feasibility of civic morality in high school history teaching.Secondly,in order to fully and objectively understand the current situation of civic morality in high school history teaching,through questionnaire surveys of senior students and interviews with front-line history teachers,it is found that the history discipline evaluation mechanism is imperfect and the students accept moral knowledge.The mismatch between ethical practice and ethical practice has made the goal of cultivating students' civic ethics inadequate.In response to the above questions,it focuses on the implementation strategies of how to foster students' civic morality in senior high school history subject,and puts forward practical plans from five aspects of civic morality training awareness,education goals,teaching content,training methods and teaching evaluation concepts.It also reflects on and prospects the cultivation of civic ethics in high school history teaching,and puts forward specific theoretical assumptions and practical operation cases,aiming to allow students to fully integrate into the high school history teaching process and feel the humanistic spirit and humanistic care of history.To sharpen the students' civic morality,and build a strong sense of family and country,so that the fundamental task of historical education of building morality and fostering people can be realized.
