Educational informatization from the 1.0 era to the 2.0 era,the integration of modern information technology and education and teaching has become an irreversible trend.How to use the Internet and other new media and new technologies to strengthen and innovate the ideological and political education and teaching in senior high school,so as to make it full of the vitality of The Times,better cultivate morality and cultivate people,and cultivate the core quality of ideological and political discipline are The Times' topics facing senior high school ideological and political teachers.This article is based on the perspective of the new media and is trying to analysis of new media to high school ideological and political discipline core literacy cultivation,on the basis of the influence of media innovation as the breakthrough point,focus on new media as a new education fixator of education subject,education object,and in the high school ideological and political education ring body disciplines provide the optimization path of core literacy cultivation,cultivation of ideological and political discipline core will provide certain theoretical reference.The paper is mainly divided into four parts:The first part: introduction,mainly introduces the research background and significance of this paper,analyzes the research status of new media,core literacy,core literacy of ideological and political discipline at home and abroad,and clarifies the research objectives and content,research methods and innovations.The second part: the definition of relevant concepts,mainly to further clarify the concept and characteristics of new media,the concept of core literacy,the concept of ideological and political discipline core literacy and the relationship between the elements;This paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by the core accomplishment of high school ideological and political discipline under the background of new media.This paper believes that new media provides a new opportunity for the cultivation of the core accomplishment of ideological and political discipline,but it also eliminates the cultivation of the core accomplishment of ideological and political discipline.The third part: research part,this paper USES the questionnaire survey method,interview method,and empirical research methods,such as classroom observation points out the new media under the background of high school ideological and political discipline core literacy cultivation problems,and discusses and analyzes the existing problems of the main reasons,this paper argues that the current teachers' education concept,teachers' ability,the core literacy cultivation independent cultivate students' literacy for core force,political core literacy cultivation education environment and the requirements of the new media and gap.Part iv: path discussion.Based on theoretical research and empirical research,this paper proposes the cultivation path from the main influencing factors of the core accomplishment of ideological and political discipline--teachers,students and school environment.Firstly,it is necessary to make scientific use of new media to improve the competency of teachers' ideological and political discipline core literacy cultivation,including adapting to the new requirements of the new media era,and actively updating teaching concept,student concept and development concept.Scientific use of new media to enhance teachers' professional and information literacy;Scientific use of new media to optimize teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching methods and teaching evaluation to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political classroom teaching.Secondly,it is necessary to make scientific use of new media to enhance the independent cultivation of students' core qualities of ideological and political disciplines,including setting up the "quality-oriented" learning concept,using new media to enhance their learning interest and realize deep learning.Finally,the scientific use of new media to optimize the cultivation of ideological and political discipline core literacy of the campus environment,including the cultivation of campus culture,school-based courses and improve new media facilities.
