Every individual in the society has its significance of existence,and every profession has its own uniqueness.In many professions,teachers,as a special profession,shoulder the important mission of teaching and educating people.For students,a good learning atmosphere can better learn knowledge,and in high school,which is about to be an adult,it is very important for students to cultivate an optimistic and enterprising attitude towards life.The duty of a teacher is not only to impart knowledge,but also to set a good example for students.This study takes the senior high school geography teachers in Qingdao as an example to investigate and study their occupational well-being.Through in-depth interview and questionnaire survey,it analyzes the occupational well-being of senior high school geography teachers in Qingdao.Finally,according to the results of the survey,it puts forward targeted suggestions from three dimensions of the government,the school and the teachers themselves,so as to improve teaching from multiple perspectives Teachers' professional happiness.In the course of the research,relevant domestic and foreign relevant literature materials were consulted,and the existing experience and research methods were summarized.Finally,this article determined two methods of interviews and questionnaires to analyze the occupational status of high school geography teachers in Qingdao.The questionnaire uses the face scale to evaluate the occupational happiness of senior high school geography teachers in Qingdao,and to analyze the differences of teachers in different situations.According to the summary of the interview results,the more important influencing factors are sorted and analyzed,and targeted suggestions are given In the study,220 questionnaires were collected,and the average score of subjective well-being of geography teachers in Qingdao high school was 3.216 according to the second part of the questionnaire.In the difference analysis based on the basic situation of teachers in the first part of the questionnaire,the comparison results of professional happiness: males are higher than females;older teachers are higher than young teachers;teachers with longer teaching age are higher than teachers with shorter teaching age;Teachers in model middle schools are higher than teachers in ordinary middle schools;teachers in urban schools are higher than teachers in suburbs and townships;teachers with first degree undergraduate are higher thanteachers with first degree are college and graduate;have senior titles Of teachers are the happiest;teachers who are class teachers are higher than teachers who are not class teachers.In addition,some factors with cross-influence are analyzed.Through the analysis of differences,we can see that there are many problems in the occupational well-being of geography teachers in Qingdao high schools.Based on the analysis of the differences,corresponding suggestions are given to different individuals.In the research process,32 high school geography teachers from Qingdao City were interviewed.Finally,The most important factors that affect teachers' occupational well-being are listed in the order of importance from high to low: income factor,school factor,geography subject factor,personal development space factor,personal interest factor,social status factor,family factor,student factor,parent factor,colleague factor.After investigation and analysis,it is found that the two factors,parents and colleagues,have almost no impact on teachers' professional happiness.Therefore,the in-depth analysis of the first eight factors in the ranking is made to clarify the main reasons for the impact.The main reasons are summarized as social,organizational,Personal three aspects.These ten factors are categorized and summarized,and recommendations are given from three levels: Education sector,school,and individual teachers.From the government level: it is recommended that the municipal education department implement a number of measures to focus on increasing the attention of geography disciplines;reasonable teacher allocation,pay attention to the salary of geography teachers;encourage cross-school exchanges,and establish a geographic disciplinary communication network platform.From the school level: It is recommended that schools eliminate disciplinary leanings and rationally optimize the teacher evaluation mechanism;pay attention to knowing and making good use of each other and provide personalized services for geography teachers;return to the essence of education and build a harmonious campus;pay attention to female teachers and improve female teacher happiness Sense index.From the personal level: It is recommended that teachers improve their professionalism and establish correct professional values;plan professional goals and establish reasonable professional expectations;adjust professional mentality and shape a positiveprofessional outlook.Through the joint efforts of the government,schools,and individuals,the professional happiness of high school geography teachers in Qingdao City is promoted to a higher level,and finally the development and promotion of high school geography education in Qingdao City is promoted.The research innovation is mainly reflected in two aspects: firstly,from the perspective of research,taking Qingdao city as the case area,the author systematically and comprehensively analyzes the status quo and influencing factors of Qingdao geography teachers' occupational happiness,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions;Secondly,in terms of research methods,frequency analysis and difference analysis were carried out on the factors influencing the occupational happiness of geography teachers in Qingdao city,and a framework system of factors influencing the occupational happiness of geography teachers was established.
