Teachers' professional happiness is gradually widely into the scholars and managers research field of vision.Junior high school geography teachers' professional happiness about junior middle school geography education quality high and low,in order to more deeply understand the difference of the geography teachers' professional happiness condition and influence factor,and explore the strategy of the urban and rural junior high school geography teachers' professional happiness,Based on the literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interviews as the main research method,first through the literature of related concepts,analysis of teachers' professional happiness and related theory,and then to ganzhou city 18 counties and cities of urban and rural junior high school geography teachers as the research object,on the condition of the urban and rural junior high school geography teachers' professional happiness to carry out empirical research.The results show that:(1)on the whole,the overall level of professional well-being of junior middle school geography teachers in Ganzhou can also be,subjective well-being of the average score of 3.1,but not ideal,there is a lot of room for improvement.(2)comparison of the overall difference from the teachers' sense of happiness and occupation of Ganzhou city junior middle school geography teachers' subjective well-being and relatively objective well-being scores are higher than the rural junior middle school geography teachers,the score of subjective well-being is higher than that of rural junior middle school 20.62,relatively subjective well-being scores higher than rural junior middle school 0.97,urban and rural areas there were significant differences.(3)the difference from the teachers' sense of happiness and occupation analysis: gender,seniority,residence,as a teacher and not,marital status differences between urban and rural areas of large areas,and urban and rural difference in age,title,teacher qualification,teaching grade,degree of small.(4)from the influence factors of teachers' occupational well-being,the professional interests of teachers have a great influence on Teachers' occupational well-being,and the regression coefficient is up to 0.458.Other occupation happiness factors are: wages and benefits,subject status,school system and the realization of self value,family factors,school environment factors,student factors,parents,colleagues new curriculum factors.Study on the above empirical,combined with junior middle school geography teachers occupation condition to realize urban and Rural happiness sense,from individual teachers,social support,school(city and township junior middle school)three aspects of the implementation of the strategy of occupation happiness.It is hoped that the realization of this study can arouse the attention of all walks of life to the junior middle school geography teachers' professional happiness.
