As the backbone of rural grass-roots work and the bridge linking with the masses,rural grass-roots local talents are an important part of rural grass-roots cadres.They play a fundamental role in the construction of the whole rural grass-roots cadres team.Their occupational well-being will directly affect their working attitude and effectiveness.Through sorting out the literature,it is found that the main objects of the current study on occupational well-being are teachers,enterprise employees,civil servants,medical personnel and other groups,while rural grass-roots local talents are a new group,few scholars have studied it,and the occupational characteristics of rural grass-roots local talents are different from other groups,so it is necessary to study the occupational characteristics of rural grass-roots local talents.Empirical study was conducted on happiness.By collecting data through questionnaires and quantitative analysis,it can effectively reflect the real working status of rural grass-roots local talents,understand their status of occupational well-being,and explore the influencing factors of occupational well-being.Through empirical research to verify the rural grassroots local talent's occupational well-being,enrich and develop the empirical research and research content of occupational well-being,and further deepen the research depth of the rural grassroots local talent group.At the same time,the research results can also provide a scientific basis for the policy adjustment of government organizations and management departments,play a positive role in promoting the occupational growth of rural grass-roots local talents,and effectively enhance the construction level of rural grass-roots local talent team.This study is mainly divided into five parts:introduction,research summary,theoretical framework and research design,empirical analysis,summary and discussion.Firstly,it combs the relevant literature of occupational well-being,clarifies the current research status of occupational well-being,and then finds out the relevant theoretical and empirical analysis methods to support this study,which provides reference and basis for the research design and research hypothesis of this study;secondly,through interviews,it further understands the actual situation of rural grass-roots local talents from the realistic level,and provides various dimensions of the questionnaire.The design provides some practical support;thirdly,on the basis of literature review,interviews,questionnaire pre-survey and questionnaire test,the formal questionnaire of this study is determined;then,using SPSS23.0 data analysis software to analyze the collected data and information,the overall situation,individual differences and influencing factors of rural grassroots local talents' occupational well-being are studied,and the analysis and discussion are made.Finally,it draws the conclusion of the study and puts forward some suggestions and measures to improve the occupational well-being of local talents at the grass-roots level in rural areas,and points out the shortcomings of this study and the direction of future research.The main results of this study are as follows:the overall average score of the rural grassroots local talents' occupational well-being is 2.95,which indicates that the rural grassroots local talents' occupational well-being is in the lower middle level;the rural grassroots local talents' occupational well-being is different in different gender,age,educational level,monthly wage income,working years,working districts and counties,and in different marital status,household registration.There are no significant differences in quality and political outlook.Vocational identity,interpersonal relationship,organizational support,family support and working environment have a significant positive impact on the occupational well-being of rural grassroots local talents.Work pressure has a significant negative impact on the occupational well-being of rural grassroots local talents.Vocational competence has no significant impact on the occupational well-being of rural grassroots local talents.
