At present,our country is experiencing the rapid development of social economy and striding towards the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The important guarantee for the realization of this ideal is the cultivation of young people.Young people are the future of the country and the hope of the nation.Youth is the most prosperous,the most dream,the youth flourish,the country is flourishing,and the youth is strong in the country.This is the inspiration that our party has gained from the historical process of modern China and the law of human history.The main implementers of the training of young people are teachers.The success or failure of teachers' education and teaching will directly affect the cultivation of young people.In other words,the success or failure of teachers will affect the future of the country.In China,nearly half of the people live in rural areas,and the educational level in rural areas still has a huge gap with the cities and towns.In order to gradually solve the problems of insufficient total rural teachers and irrational structure,in 2006,the state implemented the "special post plan".A large number of special post teachers emerged,supplemented the teachers in rural areas,and improved the overall quality of rural teachers.Happy teachers can teach happy students.Therefore,paying close attention to and enhancing the professional well-being of special post teachers can not only guarantee the stability of teachers,but also improve the quality of education and teaching in rural areas,and further promote the development of society.Based on a large number of documents and experiences,this study summarizes the factors that influence the occupational well-being of special post teachers,and makes a questionnaire to investigate the special teachers in Pubei county.And by using the method of qualitative research and two special post teacher representatives visited a detailed investigation,to understand the specific problems in special post teachers.The present situation of the professional happiness of the special post teachers in Pubei is better,but there are also some teachers who have not experienced the feeling of happiness.The factors that influence the occupational well-being of special post teachers include: the reasonableness of salary,comfortable housing,appropriate workload,harmonious interpersonal relationship,flexible working hours and long holidays,the justice of professional titles and the rationality of teacher evaluation system.Finally,through literature search,data collation and serious consideration,we try to put forward some suggestions for improving occupational well-being of special post teachers from personal level,organizational level,school level and social level.In order to arouse the attention of the society,improve and improve the living standard and occupational well-being of the special post teachers.The thesis consists of four parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly explains the meaning and reason of the topic,the purpose,the theory,the method,the definition of the related concepts and the literature review.The second part is a questionnaire survey on the status of occupational well-being of special post teachers in Pubei County,and the results of the investigation are discussed.With a detailed case interview,the actual situation of the special post teachers is evidenced.The third part analyses the factors that affect the occupational well-being of the special post teachers.In the fourth part,we reflect on the current situation and influencing factors of occupational well-being of special post teachers,and try to put forward some suggestions from three aspects to improve or protect occupational well-being of special post teachers.
