China has always adhered to the strategy of "Centennial Education as the Foundation".With the progress of economy and science and technology,the college entrance examination enrollment system in China is also constantly innovating.Physics has become one of the selected subjects in the new college entrance examination system.However,due to the discipline characteristics of physics itself,it will affect the number of students who choose physics,thus affecting the status of physics discipline itself and physics teachers,and ultimately affecting the professional feelings of middle school physics teachers.The combination of students' emotional attitudes,values and learning,and the combination of emotional and situational teaching is the best way to educate students.In order to prosper the country,we must first strengthen teachers,and more importantly,we need to think about the professional emotions of physics teachers.Summarizing previous studies,as a subjective and stable psychological state,emotions can deeply influence people's daily work behavior and influence people's behavior.Geng Xueyao,a real teacher in the front line of educational posts,said,"Good professional emotions are the basis of motivation and support for work." It also illustrates the influence of professional emotion on the enthusiasm of educational work.Therefore,this paper will study the professional emotion of physics teachers,and help them to better use the professional emotion.In this study,using the method of literature research and the ideas of educational researchers as the theoretical basis of this paper,the author defines the concepts of emotion,professional emotion and professional emotion of physics teachers in detail,and explores the relevant theories: the hierarchy of needs theory,self-efficacy theory,emotional intelligence theory of physics teachers,and applies them to the professional emotion of physics teachers.On the basis of previous research results,five dimensions of physics teachers' professional competence,professional achievement,professional environment,professional motivation and career planning are constructed.In these five aspects,the status quo and influencing factors of middle school physics teachers' professional emotion are investigated and interviewed.Through a questionnaire survey of 110 middle school physics teachers and some in-depth interviews,this paper focuses on the analysis of the status quo and influencing factors of middle school physics teachers' professional emotions.The results show that:(1)the status quo of physics teachers' professional emotions,in general,the middle and lower levels of middle school physics teachers' professional emotions.(2)The influencing factors of middle school physics teachers' professional emotions are as follows: the level of five dimensions is quite different,and the level of professional competence is the highest,followed by career achievement,career motivation,career environment and career planning,which focuses on the analysis of career environment and career planning;and the status quo of middle school physical teachers' professional emotions is also affected by gender,age,marriage,teaching age,educational background and employment status.The number of classes taught and other objective factors.According to the conclusion,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the cultivation of middle school physics teachers' professional emotions from two aspects: providing material support,paying attention to the physical teachers' spiritual living conditions,and cultivating positive professional emotions;adhering to good career motivation and establishing career development goals to form good professional emotions in their career.Deeply feel the inner happiness of educators,set up a correct career outlook,sincerely love students and constantly improve their self-cultivation realm.
