As a non-Olympic sport,calisthenics has grown on campus since it was introduced to China in the 1980s.With the improvement of the sports,the training of aerobics athletes gradually entered the training institution from the campus,and the aerobics club developed rapidly.The club is a mature form of foreign art and sports operation,and it is also the goal of China's sports system reform.The management of the club follows the laws of the market.It can form a large-scale market,and also a huge industrial chain.The operation of the aerobics club in China is still in its infancy,and its scale is not perfect enough.The development of aerobics will certainly enter the club era,and it is very important to study the management strategy of aerobics clubs.Through questionnaire method?interview method,this paper investigates the management status of 50 clubs in China and selects 3 clubs that are in good business condition.The survey found that after more than ten years of development,there are still many problems in the management of the aerobics club in China,which affects the long-term development of the club.The main issues are:The lack of specialized management,the professional quality needs to be improved;The lack of venue resources,the different quality and the large mobility of coaches;The club mainly conducts training and teaching of aerobics athletes.It has a relatively single business,and it lacks a unified curriculum system,Club marketing means are more traditional and single.In view of the problems existing in the management of aerobics club,the following suggestions are given to the club's management strategy:Improving the management capacity of clubs:Establish special management departments,introduce and train full-time management talents,change management concepts,and strengthen the standardized management of clubs.Improve the service of clubs,increase the proportion of full-time teachers,pay attention to teachers 'further study and learning,and continuously improve teachers' professional competence.According to the needs and realities of consumers,actively carrying out diversified forms of classes;Increase the marketing of the club,collect market information,establish brands,increase popularity,and strengthen e-commerce management.
