Emotion management ability refers to the ability of an individual to correctly sense the emotions of himself and others,to understand basic emotions and to express them in a reasonable manner,and to control emotions and make suitable behaviors under certain circumstances.The development of healthy emotions is related to the development of children's physical and mental development,habit and quality,and the development of social skills.At the same time,3 to 6 years is the key age stage for children to develop a sense of security and develop a healthy positive attitude.Healthy and positive emotions are also children's cognition.And one of the foundations needed for development.Sports games are a kind of activity method that children love,and they have many functions such as entertainment and competition.In sports games,children exercise and vent through a variety of fun activities,which can cultivate children's physical fitness and healthy mood.The formation of psychology has important significance.From the perspective of kindergarten practice,this study uses sports games to intervene in children with poor emotional management.The study adopted a case-intervention model,combined with questionnaire survey methods,interview methods,literature methods,and observation methods.Two young children in the middle class of a public kindergarten in Jinan City,Shandong Province were selected as the research objects,and the intervention was conducted for 3 months.Cases were measured before and after the experiment,and the changes in the emotional management scores of the cases were compared to evaluate the effect of the program intervention.The results of the study proved that the emotional management skills of the infants in the two cases have improved significantly.An An can learn to control his negative emotions,learn to express his anger and dissatisfaction in a reasonable way,learn to abide by the rules,and show more and more pro-societies such as sharing,helping,caring,and cooperating with his peers.Behavior;and gradually learn to use words to negotiate in the game,the frequency of snatching,crying and other behaviors has decreased significantly;can negotiate and cooperate with peers to complete tasks;control thedangerous behaviors prohibited by teachers,in the class Began to be accepted by other children,gradually being evaluated as good friends by other children.In the individual case,Liangliang learns to express his emotions,and his self-confidence has improved significantly than before the intervention;he can happily participate in various activities in the kindergarten under the guidance of the teacher;silence,gloom,rejection and other such situations are greatly reduced,and the intervention After that,he can actively express his emotions and actively participate in various activities to bravely express himself.Studies have shown that sports games can effectively improve children's bad moods.Sports games are not only an effective way for children to vent their bad moods,but also have significant effects in reducing peer conflicts,increasing friendly and cooperative behaviors,and intensifying emotions among children.In addition,the study also found that a relaxed and harmonious family atmosphere,parental attention and positive education,and effective communication between kindergartens and families all played a significant role in helping children with emotional problems intervene.
