Childhood is an important stage of physical development, their physical condition and future physical fitness, physical exercise in this period has a great impact.Because of their own hearing impairment,hearing-impaired children will have functional impairment in physical function, perception and psychology.China is the country with the largest number of hearing-impaired children.Nowadays, people pay more attention to their physical health. In order to improve the physical fitness of hearing-impaired children aged 3-6,this paper uses the methods of literature, experiment, comparative analysis and mathematical statistics to analyze the experimental effects of sports games on the physical fitness of hearing-impaired children aged 3-6.Sixty hearing-impaired children from Changchun Rehabilitation Center for Deaf Children were selected as experimental subjects. They were divided into experimental group(30 people)and control group(30 people). The physical fitness of the experimental group was intervened by means of sports games for 8weeks(5 times a week,60 minutes a time). The control group did not participate in the games. In order to analyze the effect of intervention, the experimental group and the control group were tested twice. Before and after the intervention, the contents of the test were "10-meter turn-back running","standing long jump","long tennis throw","double foot continuous jump","sitting forward bend" and "walking balance beam".The results show that: 1.According to the analysis of the test results before the intervention, there is no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.05);the hearing-impaired children aged 3-6 are not good in many items.2.Through the analysis of the test results after the experimental intervention, the overall level of the indicators in the experimental group is higher than that in the control group.Sports games have a more positive impact on the physical fitness intervention of hearing-impaired children aged 3-6.Their lower limb strength and body coordination have been greatly improved, and their flexibility and upper limb strength have been slightly improved. It proves that sports games can improve the physical quality of hearing-impaired children aged 3-6 in the process of learning and growing up.The following conclusions are drawn: 1.Before the experiment, the test scores of each index of the experimental group and the control group are not ideal, reflecting that there are some deficiencies in the physical quality of hearing-impaired children aged 3-6years,whether sensitive, flexible, strength, balance and other qualities need to be strengthened.2.After the intervention of sports games, the children in the experimental group were tested by standing long jump, double foot continuous jump and walking the balance beam. The results showed that the explosive strength, lower limb strength, body coordination and balance level of the lower limbs in the experimental group were greatly improved. At the same time,in the test results of 10-meter turn-back running, tennis throw and sitting forward bending, the children in the experimental group were sensitive, upper limb strength and core strength. And the flexibility improved slightly.3.Sports games can be applied to the physical education of hearing-impaired children aged 3-6years.Attention should be paid to the selection and formulation of sports games.Teachers and parents should take part in more activities to mobilize children's enthusiasm, and at the same time,to avoid sports injury or psychological obstacles to children in sports games. Therefore, the integration of sports games into rehabilitation training education for hearing-impaired children has significant significance in promoting the physical quality of hearing-impaired children.
