As an important mathematical idea,estimation plays a vital role in the development of elementary school students.Improving estimation teaching can not only improve the mathematics calculation ability of primary school students,but also cultivate the students' sense of number.At present,estimation teaching has become a hot topic in the field of international mathematics education.Our country has also responded positively.In the "Compulsory Education Mathematics Curriculum Standards" issued in 2011,there are clear requirements for elementary and middle school estimated learning: "We can combine the specific circumstances and select the appropriate unit for simple estimation,and experience the estimation of life in life.effect".Looking back at current estimation teaching,there are still many problems.This article will analyze the current status of estimated teaching through text analysis,questionnaire survey,test,and interview,and propose optimization strategies for estimated teaching.Specifically,this article is divided into four parts:The first chapter uses text analysis to sort out the estimated content in the syllabus and curriculum standards issued since the founding of the People's Republic of China,and explores the changes in the estimated content requirements.The estimated content in the page breaks between the fourth and fifth grades and lacks the continuity of knowledge.In addition,the estimated content is unevenly distributed,mostly distributed in the field of "number and algebra".The second chapter investigates and estimates the current teaching situation through teacher questionnaires and student test papers.Teachers: To investigate and analyze questionnaires from three aspects: teachers ' awareness of estimation,teachers' own knowledge of estimation,and teachers 'estimation of classroom teaching behavior.Students: Design 3 estimation test papers,perform estimation tests on grade 3-5 primary school students,and analyze the problems that students have in learning estimation by analyzing the problems in the student test papers.The third chapter presents the problems existing in elementary school mathematics estimation teaching at this stage.One is that the teacher 's estimationteaching is not accurate,including the lack of attention to estimation teaching,and the lack of integration of estimation and actuarial;the second is that the teacher has insufficient grasp of the estimation content,including the inadequate interpretation of the curriculum standards,which is limited to the textbook;the third is that the estimation teaching strategy is single,Including the lack of liveliness of the estimated situation,the limitation of students' thinking and communication,and the cultivation of the habit of ignoring the estimation;the fourth is the vague evaluation standard.The fourth chapter puts forward suggestions on optimizing the teaching of estimation.Teachers strengthen their grasp of the estimation content;reasonably use a variety of teaching methods to stimulate students' curiosity;join in after class to promote students to develop estimation habits;and scientifically evaluate student estimates.
