PCK is a specific form of subject content knowledge,which is the core part of teachers' knowledge.Through the comparative analysis of "sulfur and its compounds" PCK of high school chemistry novice teachers and expert teachers,this paper aims to find out the weak points of novice teachers' PCK performance and provide some enlightenment for the professional development of novice teachers.Papers on the research literature at home and abroad on the basis of literature review and research theory,teachers' PCK connotation and constituent elements,build the novice teachers and expert teachers' PCK comparative analysis model,analysis of coding framework and grade evaluation criteria,based on the high chemistry required content "sulfur and its compounds" the teaching content,respectively on two types of teachers' classroom teaching observation,and the in-depth interviews,application of the above analysis of the coding framework and grade evaluation standard of classroom observation and interview coded and score,from PCK four components,Is about the knowledge of the course,about the students' knowledge,knowledge of teaching strategies,and knowledge of evaluation,the novice teachers and expert teachers "sulfur and its compounds" PCK for comparative analysis,concrete and overall comparison evaluation,at the same time to the novice teachers and expert teachers association of four PCK components PCK-SoEM map analysis.The results show that,in terms of teachers' PCK level,the whole PCK of expert teachers is at a high level,while that of novice teachers is at a medium level.In terms of the correlation degree of teachers' PCK elements,expert teachers' PCK elements have a high degree of correlation,while novice teachers lack the connection between evaluation knowledge and students' knowledge,and the correlation degree of the four elements is low,which also reflects that novice teachers' overall PCK level is not high enough.In terms of the commonalities and differences in the specific performance of PCK,novice teachers and expert teachers have certain commonalities in the four elements,but the differences are more obvious.The two elements withbig differences are the knowledge about students and the knowledge about evaluation.Based on the research findings and conclusions,this paper puts forward some Suggestions on the development of PCK for novice teachers.Finally,the paper reflects on the shortcomings of the research.
