Cai Yuanpei once said: "Educators,have the cause of cultivating personality.To infuse knowledge and practice skills,without inculating the ideals,is the education of machinery,which can not be used in human beings." Perfect personality is the foundation and development of the individual.At present,college students are in a critical period of personality development and shaping.Their personality development status not only affects their own development,but also the future of the country and the hope of the nation.Under the background of the development of economic globalization.As China is in the developing period of social transformation and affected by the influence of external complicated factors,various problems have frequently appeared in the development of college students' personality.At the same time,there exist various problems in the personality education of college students in China as well.Therefore,it is of great significance to put forward scientific countermeasures to solve the problem of college students' personality education.Based on the principles of educational ecology,a comprehensive ecological review of college students' personality education was conducted in this paper.In view of the reality,through interviewing with some college students and college teachers and combining with the analysis of typical cases,the problems existing in the current personality education of college students were combed,the problems of personality education in colleges and universities are diversified and the results are minimal,the overall positioning is vague and lacking in accuracy,the implementation of fragmentation is in lack of system,specialization of curriculum resources,professionalism and the professionalism,the advantages of family personality education have also become a drawback.However,with the development of social economy,the influence of social personality education is complicated,the good and bad are intermingled,the negative influence is difficult to distinguish,and the subtle influence erodes the formation of healthy personality of college students.Finally,on the basis of the previous texts,the approach of college personality education is put into practice,and the education approach is proposed from five main aspects: First,optimizing the educational ecological environment and promoting the sustainable development of college students' personality education.Second,following the law of tolerance and promoting the reform of personality education.Third,eliminating the limiting factors and achieving a benign interaction between the personality subject and the ecological environment.Fourth,attaching importance to the differentiation of niche and actively building a community-social education community of government-society-college-family.Fifth,maintaining the internal stability of the personality subject and encouraging college students to actively carry out self personality education.Caring for college students' personality is an essential practice to return to the fundamental task of cultivating human beings.The personality education of college students is even a long-term systematic project.Colleges and universities are the main positions for the implementation of personality education,but the personality education of college students can not only be completed by colleges and universities,but also needs the assistance of many forces such as society,government and family.Based on the principles of educational ecology,a network of personality education ecosystems should be established,scientific countermeasures be proposed,the practice of personality education be jointed promoted,and the healthy development of college students' personality be promoted.
