Research On The Function And Realization Path Of Organizational Education In Universities

Organizational education is an important carrier of ideological and political education in universities,it is an important part of the system of "Ten Education" in universities,an important grasp to promote the work of education,and to carry out the mission of building up people by virtue.Therefore,it is very important and necessary to do the research of the work of organizing and educating people.There are various types of organizations in universities,this paper selects the party organization,student organization and network organization as the research object,according to the logic of "ask questions-analyze problems-solve problems",and on the basis of clarifying the related concepts of organization,educating people,organization education and so on,summarizing the types of organization in universities,the relationship between organization education and other educational measures in the system of" Ten Education "in universities,the functions of organizational education in universities are summarized as follows:the function of ideological guidance,the function of behavior norm,the function of model demonstration,the function of ability enhancement.On the basis of theoretical analysis,using literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and other research methods,taking some teachers and students of three universities in Jingdezhen area as the object of questionnaire survey and interview,analyzing the survey data,probing into the present situation of the educational function of the organization in universities,and summarizing the achievements of the organizational education in universities from three aspects:the overall performance of the educational function of the organization is great,the various types of organizational activities are rich,and the students' gains in the organizational activities is fruitful.Analyzing the problems and causes of the organization education function in universities from five aspects:the organization education duty is not clear,the main body resources are relatively lacking,the organization tutor guidance ability is insufficient,the organization education way is single,the organization education mechanism is not perfect.On this basis,exploring the realization path of organizational education function in universities,including strengthening organizational education responsibilities,enriching organizational education subject resources,improving organizational mentor guidance ability,innovating organizational education methods,improving organizational education mechanism,so as to enhance the effectiveness of organizational education in universities.
